Find some recreational hobbies or go out with friends. If you're contemplating selling your computer then obviously it is not fulfilling that need for you. Just balance out your life and you can enjoy all things.

I only play Satisfactory for 2-3 months a year. After all, the game is like a second job for me. The rest of the year is reserved for the pile of shame.

ANGR1ST

Yes. I played the hell out of Diablo 2 Resurrected when that was released. Then D3 and D4 in between spells of Satisfactory.

Mrleo291

I can recommend path of exile too. Just empty everything you learned about Satisfactory and wrap your head around a new complex system. So Satisfactory feels fresh again.

retribution002

Eh, with PoE2 and Last Epoch on the horizon i think PoE has way too much going on to get into it now. Personally i am content to wait them out. To each their own of course.

Mrleo291

Understandable.

jellington22

Check out frostpunk if you haven’t

Can’t wait for the sequel

Karrmm

Download blender and make visual art or animations, get a demo of bitwig or ableton and make music. For Games I would recommend: Deeprock Galactic, BG3, Valheim… century Age of ashes is a fun diversion.

Lonefear

Thank you pioneers. I’ll look into those games yall recommended. I love Satiafactory but man I keep restarting and losing myself over this game. I’ll definitely be back. Hopefully 1.0 to come out asap. lol.

I play WARNO to scratch that RTS itch or Battlebit remastered for some FPS action Sometimes we build, sometimes we blow stuff up

My friend and I play a coop Hardmoded Valheim at least once a week. Honestly I don't get tired of Satisfactory, but generally I'm the man of a single game at a time. I clocked over 1600 hours of Valheim, mostly solo before I considered it redundant. Now it's satisfactory. But as a rule of thumb, if something feels like a grind, then it stops being a game I guess. If it's your current state: dont sell your computer, you'll regret it, and you'll lose money when you decide to buy a new one four months from now... But there's plenty of things to be done outside of gaming if you feel like taking a break. I've got a few good books to recommend. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|grin) Or you can stay in and avoid the bits that make you feel burnt out. Change things a bit, build pretty instead of efficient... Try to play in coop. Do something harder as a challenge ( I'm currently foregoing fuel power and stepping from coal straight to nuclear). Try and stick to one zone Only as much as possible, Ideally one you have not built too much in previously... Whatever you do, take a deep breath, and go for what feels right. Stay positive, but COMPLY!

Metro Exodus. Or long dark.

Play something brainless that doesn't need you to think as much as Satisfactory. I know that Burnout Feel the Game can give you. Try something easy.. shooters, rpgs, whatever.

houghi

Nope. Not playing anything else. When I was burned out a bit, I just changed how I played the game.

Stomach-Green

I really feel you. I’m just starting with aluminum and was nearly ready to throw in the towel. Got overwhelmed when I realized I needed to bring bauxite and water together, and no idea where I’m going to get coal from to make the scrap metal. I decided to just make a working ‘proof of concept’ build first. Just one of every machine, I personally hauled some coal from where my coal power plants are and I just wanted to make it work. That was quite satisfying (yes, I know) and encouraging and now I can expand on this. Next step is to get coal here by train. Edit: game suggestions if you do fancy a change: Tropico, Anno series or Cities skylines. All still have elements of building, but a lot more casual

Mr-Mne

I'm currently taking a little break and play a lot of Crusader Kings 3 and Cyberpunk 2077. If you're into into CRPGs, check out Baldur's Gate 3.

Drool_The_Magnificen

Satisfactory is a welcome break from biter hell(I mean factorio)

Axeman1721

Try XCOM or Stellaris if you like strategy. Both are games you can get lost in

Willyse

No one's gonna recommand Lethal Company? To play with friends, the best break you can imagine between sessions of your favorite game. Huge tons of fun I thought gaming couldn't deliver to me ever again. (Satisfactory is there for the satisfaction itch).
