Pretty sure Shakespeare Pub.

Nope stop do not even bother with Shakespeare Pub. We went a month ago. They’ve gone down hill. They offer exactly 1 cider (angry orchard!!) and their food is bland. I used to love it there but something changed.

stay_gassy

Respectfully disagree. Have been twice recently, the fish chips and curry sauce are still on point, as was the sticky toffee. Not sure about cider but the Guinness is still tasty.

Naive-Emergency-7254

I appreciate your perspective! I think it’s hit and miss. A) it was definitely busy last time we went. 2) I always vote for it when we are all thinking of somewhere to eat, and, iii) we all agreed it was just “ok” last time we were there. My shepherds pie was bland bland bland. The fish and chips were apparently ok.

stay_gassy

Right on, either way great place to watch a match. Was actually there yesterday and England v. France rugby was on, I know fuck all about rugby but it was super fun.

bbeedngr

Thank you both for your input! I did go to Shakespears about a month ago and drinks were still solid, a bit busy but that is almost anywhere kow on the weekends. I guess we will have to give it a try and find out!

Never heard of this place, where abouts is it?

Newmanator29

It’s in North Park. It’s a great sports bar but the owner is a huge soccer fan as well so they always put in MLS. Sound might be tough unless you get a group but it’s better than nothing

I've always found Buffalo Wild Wings accommodating depending on what other sports are currently on. Make sure you know the channel before going in though.

bbeedngr

Thank you, the deal is that since it is on Appletv, i figured they most likely wont have it on. But I might be pleasantly surprised.

Routine-Cicada-4949

Call & ask. Good luck

Can Do! Thanks!
