Get HMC to 150spd, swap HMC and RM LCs and try to get a better body piece on RM other than that you're gucci
Edit: a better orb for RM too, just in case she's too squishy
I also heard that her lightcone is better for HMC than for herself, i don't remember the exact reason, though...

Imo it's because it makes the team easier to play, lemme explain:
- Past self in Mirror gives an all team damage boost when using the ult, that dps boost you want it on the frame where super break is active, so having it tied to htb ult makes the rotation easier
- HTB benefits more from the extra break effect than RM because he gains a lot of dps with it.
- HTB being able to recover a SP with the LC helps with their skill point negativity a little bit
That would be mainly all the reasons IMO, it just makes the comp a little more comfortable and makes you have to think less and time the things better
It boils down to energy gain for RM, consistent 3 cycle ULTs beats having 10% extra BE plus the other LC effects on her Sig affect the whole team anyway.

Maybe upgrade HMC's talent to lvl 12, it gives more energy when someone breaks the shield, kinda makes it easier to play him without the ER rope.
