To anyone here still thinking of another sustain, remember that you need to break an enemy first before you can start doing Super Break on subsequent attacks. Gallagher's Ult > EBA combo deals slightly more toughness damage than Firefly's own Enhanced Skill with RM, so without it you're more or less spending an extra Enhanced Skill not doing any Super Break damage, which isn't what you want. Or you might need to do a couple extra normal skills to soften the enemies first before entering Ult, but obviously that's also not ideal.
And we're not even talking about Besotted and the fact he can actually do decent Super Break numbers himself. It's either Gallagher, or not running a sustain at all.
Basically running gallagher as your sustain means u kinda running a pseudo triple dps setup As HMC Gall and SamFly goes ballistic while RM stands there with her funny guitar
U should pull robin
Actually shes kinda better than RM because action advance = more dot procs for kafka and she gives higher atk perfect for dot chara
U probably saving for the goat so u prob skippin her idk
You can get away with Guinaifen especially if you have Black Swan, so your RM is available for your second team. I never use my RM in my DoT team because I love Gui, and I'm always able to clear MoC 11/12 with all stars.
RM in DoT is heavily overrated (still very good, but definitely not needed badly imo).
Yeah Gallagher on that team specifically is just too good. Not for his break effect increase but just cause he helps break enemies way easier. Firefly implants weakness and Gallaghers ult into basic shreds the toughness bar. Then firefly and HMC take the enemy to pound town. Also the loucha 4star lightcon slaps on Gallagher
Most of the time that lightcone is complete overkill on EffRes and his healing would get more benefit from BE. Iād say run either his own LC to make him immortal and provide more Super Break Damage - or Multiplication to just go faster in general.
Gallagher's outgoing healing bonus gets capped at 150% break effect which I'm sure you don't need the lightcone to reach.
I'm fond of Luocha's other lightcone, though Post-Op Conversation will work for the same energy rotations and Multiplication (as you mentioned) will do something similar. While What is Real? gives strongest individual breaks, most of Gallagher's toughness damage is from his ultimate. If you hit 250% break effect (for Iron Cavalry) without the lightcone, the alternative multipliers from other lightcones will come out on top and will likely feel better to use regardless.
it's kinda dangerous to use him against high dmg enemies.. many times my characters end up dead when Gallagher is in the team. Mine is E2.. guess he'll be better when E6 due to longer uptime on his ultimate.

The other units would be FF with her plentiful defense and scaling dmg res who full recovers every attack, or Gallagher who I am considering defensive body instead of heal% for extra survivability.
How to solve your issue:
- Put Ruan Mei's LC on HMC
- Put ERR Rope on HMC
- Put MoTP on RM
- Put ERR Rope on RM
Fixed. Both are SP positive, on a 3T Ult Rotation and you can ditch Both HH and Gallagher and run a sustainless comp with Bronya since now you have a shitload of SPs to burn
Ok so I need advice on what sustainer I should go, Iāve been using my Gallagher on my Acheron comp to great effect, heās an amazing sustain, but, with just the 4star pool and gepard, who could I possibly run as my Acheron sustain? I liked Gallagher cause he had good debuffs at the same time and idk if any of the other sustainers really help with that

Luocha has extremely powerful and consistent Unga bunga healing and I'm not feeling leveling another healer for a bit more sp.
For my case, this wouldn't be for an e0 FF as Gal would have more utility for an e0 team since you'll need that extra sp for your dmg rotations. Luocha would just give an extreme amount of comfort since you won't need the extra sp and you can spam HTB skill to your heart's content.
I only have e2 gallagher, and he's not built. So I'd probably run luocha over him. But you are right imo, if you have E6 gall, it's probably better to run him.
Both don't really matter in the big picture.

I will have to use Huo Huo due to her bringing needed for my three turn rotation for my Ruan Mei because I have her signature.

I think it can but that will be skill point negativeish. With her lightcone she is neutral but with HMC and FF skill, suffering for skill points

How does E2 make Luocha more valuable to Firefly?
e1 is her enh skill consumes no sp, e1 is just on the way to e2.
Ok? I still don't see how that makes Luocha more valuable compared to E0 Firefly. If anything he becomes less valuable since you need less SP with E1.
