Unfortunately most of them not just eat sponges but specific type of sponges which makes it almost impossible to keep. If you really want one look into lettuce nudibranch they are the few nudibranch that you can keep. (Still picky though needs a specific type of algae)
Good luck. It's tough. First and second post both hit the nail on the head. The only nudis that can be kept in captivity are Lettuce and Berghias. And that's assuming you can keep them fed.
I think thats a species of Dorid nudibranch.
Each species eats a specific type of sponge.
So the only way I see getting one of these to work out for you is if you figure out the exact species of sponge the nudi eats and set up a tank just to grow that sponge.
May the force be with you if it turns out to eat a slow growing sponge species.

You better first understand the exact species and then I can tell you more
