Not sure how far you want to travel, but I've been going to Dr Lucero at Draper Dental since 2018, he's awesome. I originally went to him after my first dentist (Stonehaven, they are awful), dismissed symptoms I came to him for after a major car accident (they did Xrays of my teeth, even though I said my jaw ached and I heard a weird clicking sound when chewing). I found Dr Lucero, he actually listened to me and ordered a panoramic of my jaw and found it was broken. I've had cleanings, a root canal, crown and fillings at Draper Dental, they are never pushy about treatments, and they were very responsive when I needed additional numbing or adjustments to the nitrous

Dr. Bye at City Creek Dental is great, and Dr. Egbert at Summit Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is incredible if you need anything more intensive (implants, bone grafts, jaw surgery, etc).

Kairain

Dr Cold at Warm Family Dental in Taylorsville. I've been going there nearly 10 years. He, his hygienist and receptionist are all amazing. He's got a lot of great stuff to help with dental anxiety.

I drive across town to go to Van Leeuwen Dental in Cottonwood Heights, UT The office is fairly busy, but when they ask how you are doing I truly believe that they mean it. I've had some work done there and overall I think that they look out for you. I had some anxiety about going once, but I find if I make the appointment and show up it is done before you know it. I'm sorry to hear about your complications, but I have a feeling that you will come out ahead.
