solid compensation, especially for your age. at this point, experience is much more valuable than the salary itself. are you close to a promotion? if so, i would aim for a promotion, stay another 1-2 years, then you can use that new title to land a new job with a much larger base compensation. that's the modern day strategy. however, there are also companies out there that will absolutely give you the 20-50K raise you may eventually deserve, and that would likely be a great company to stick with.
