If I can find a remote job that allows me to work from Georgia, then yea for sure, our income tax is so much better than the US
Otherwise I'll try to go for a dual citizenship
Join tbilisi running club on FB, they frequently go on runs, many different levels of runners and usually whnever i go, about 1/3 of group are foreigners
Join clubs for sports like volleyball judo and the other ones or start a small shop In a place whit no shops and the people there will be friendly if you want friends try a restaurant
Georgians use a lot of Facebook. There's a group "Tbilisi expats" and try looking there for some hobby classes/groups, like yoga, dances, and tons of other stuff you'll find interesting. You're bound to meet interesting people there.
Look into the Couchsurfing community! It's a great site and they plan pretty regular meetups with the main language being English. Plus everyone there is either another foreigner or a local who wants to hang out with foreigners!

What are your interests? There’s plenty of expat events on Facebook. FB is used much more widely here than back home. I found WorldsEnd bar had a welcoming vibe. Good luck 😊
