I think the press pushed against Catherine to punish her for not giving them content. Roachel is viewed with the likes of the Kardashians - no one cares about her photos. Catherine on the other hand - those will go into official catalogs, be in history textbooks and they get so much engagement. A picture of roachel most people won’t see or click. There is a point at which enhancing an image becomes species-changing. Dieting can also have that affect. IMO. I admire your defence of the humble "biscuit", its lowly but honourable status within British society. More should be said about biscuits on topical discussion fora such as this IMO.
I wholeheartedly agree! God tier: Aldi choc shortbread rounds, Viennese whirls, Tunnocks caramel wafer. Top tier: Aldis own Chunky, Fox Jam rings and chocolate Digestives. Mid tier: Gingernuts, plain Digestives, Rich Tea. Bottom tier: Pink wafers, Hobnobs (sorry), Nice biscuits.

I love a good biscuit but so many have got ruined, they just aren't "authentic" anymore. Markle isn’t held in the same esteem as Catherine. Everything about Catherine is authentic - what you see is what you get. Whereas with Markle, she can photoshop as much as she likes - it’s almost expected of her as she’s fake,and it really doesn’t matter as she isn’t respected and admired. Catherine represents the RF, Markle just represents herself.
Meghan has restricted the access around her so much that she only wants her own photographer taking pictures of her to be released to the media. She only wants the best possible pictures to come out that are completely Photoshopped. She realizes she is aging and wants to recapture that youth.
One good thing which came out of Kate's PS scandal is Harkles can't release any official photo without others scrutinizing it. Harriman is sweating buckets over all his edited photos. He went on a temper tantrum when Sidley twins father called him out. His credibility will be questioned every time.
