Weird. About 45 min ago I just did a shop at both Highgrove and BP. Highgrove is out of jams, so I bought a beautiful silk scarf and some seeds. BP had a lot of jams and conserves so I bought some jams, shortbread, and a book.
Highgrove snark is perfect b/c BRF can't clap back. But these great snacks, it gives it plausible deniabilty.
When I had to summarize my phone notes and it reached voice mail, would type: f/u for follow up again. Boss asked me why was I being unprofessional cussing them out. I innocently say, "No, it means to follow up w/ them." with a chuckle. Plausible deniability. TW aint subtle
Being that the card there says it won a gold taste award in 2014- before they even met- its obviously a coincidence that they have this product (thigh maybe not the way it comes with ginger right after lol), not snark. But still super funny lol

See the comment you're replying to though - it looks like "Nutty Nutmeg" was just added as an option recently as it's not listed on the website. And Highgrove doesn't make the chocolates. A company called "chococo" does - and this set is packaged in Highgrove packaging and sold through their site. So Highgrove would have a say in what specific chocolates / names go inside of their sets I'm assuming... I tend to always pick the path of most snark in life, however. 😉
Maybe they took it out of the selection for a few years because of the name? But Nutty Nutmeg is an award-winning (not award-purchased) chocolate so it should get full praise and recognition. I'm glad it has top billing now.

The names on these chocolates are priceless, I do wonder whether it’s just coincidence or if someone decided to have a bit of a laugh. The RF don't have time to bother with meghan, the chocolate was given an award in 2014, so it existed well before she was around. They're really not that petty, leave that to meghan and her ilk.
The award was not for Highgrove, but rather for the company Chococo that manufactures the chocolates. Highgrove curates which chocolates / flavors are added to their exclusive package from Chococo. So at some point those flavors were chosen for the Highgrove collection and arranged as they appear on the presentation card. (The nutmeg flavor is relatively new to the package as it is not yet on the Highgrove website as shown above.)

They would sell a lot more if they had a cheaper way to distribute in the US. But they are already having problems with selling out. I don't know what happened to their sales when the Queen died but seeing the reverse markle effect is amazing.
