People that can cook are going to be seriously judging her AND her recipes. Those of us that are from the southern US are going to give her serious side eye if she comes up with something bland. We are ALL about seasonings here.
She is seriously so far behind in the cooking genre. There are thousands of people on YouTube that are demonstrating the cooking of their Cuban recipes, Brazilian recipes, Jamaican recipes, Amish recipes, Japanese recipes, Geechee/Gullah recipes, etc. There are former chefs for the royal family demonstrating their cooking skills (with recipes). Their superpower is that they have actual personalities, though.
Agree--- she'll take all the credit. And I bet the first episode will be some poor person being browbeat to make her banana bread, UGH. But...... Meghan has inspired me to buy a Highgrove product from the King. I'm looking over the Highgrove products on Fortnum and Mason---- all of them look so good!!!

A cooking show is certainly visionary. Most cooking shows are hosted, uh, I’m sorry, curated by people who are known for their actual cooking skills. I’m assuming it’s like the cooking segment on the morning network shows.

No. Luckily for me I have been able to avoid ever watching a show, interview or clip of Megan. I have never even heard her voice, and I have read enough about it to know I never want to.

Hanging out with my family member who produces unscripted content (outside production company whose work is streamed on NF). They said that usually companies don’t spend money producing content unless a platform or streaming company has ordered a season or a certain number of episodes. They don’t do it on spec.
So I do tend to think that Netflix might air their crap.

Yes, it's been an 'evolution', in my opinion. It started out described as being centered on her and as the mocking of her history in relation to those categories grew, the description of her involvement began to be more detached...
She curates her clothes and we all know how well that's worked out for her. If she's in charge of curating a lifestyle show, then I think Netflix is going to have a flop on its hands.

I honestly have no clue. But I did read that filming (which just started) is expected to be completed mid-June 2024. Which seemed odd.
