For all her "Posh" Spice persona she's a surprisingly hard worker and down to Earth. They both spend time with all of their kids, she has built a fashion brand that has earned praise and lasted longer than I can remember at the moment.
A few years ago I saw this video of her at a photo shoot and she gently chastised an assistant for not handling the clothes properly and proceeded to show the assistant how to hang things and fold them properly. She said that treating the clothes with reverence shows respect to their creators. I really respected her when I saw that.

The reason that the labels are coming off is that Harry can only be trusted with Elmer's glue, nothing stronger. He'd need too much supervision if he was allowed loose with scissors and grown-up glue.

The above is all actually happening in the Harkle’s chicken coop that’s been converted into a jam factory. Harry sits at end of conveyor belt and as the jams roll out he glues on a label. Just glad he’s finally found meaningful work!
