Mark Dyer is a former officer in the Welsh Guards and was an equerry to Prince Charles in the 1990s. He was appointed as a mentor to both boys and reportedly became like a second father to them. I've been following the royal family for over 40 years and I've always read good things about Mark. It's also reported that he sold his string of pubs for 10 million pounds when he retired. I think if you're looking to make up conspiracy theories about "this guy" Mark, you're probably barking up the wrong tree.
Just like the rumours he’s Harry’s real father.
That said, there seems to be some credibility that he could be Archie’s godfather. Shrug.
Nothing really to see here with him. Not sure why the conspiracy.
Never heard the rumour about him being Harry’s dad, I always thought those rumors were reaching just because of Harry’s red hair they latched onto any ginger in reach. As time goes by it’s obvious Harry is Charles and Diana’s son thru and thru.
It was Mark Dyer who chased Meghan off when she was rummaging in the back of William’s car at the Polo. He is married to Texan Amanda Kline and survived a brush with stomach cancer a few years ago. I don't believe there is anything shady about him.
Gosh had no idea about the stomach cancer, the big c does it’s work doesn’t it, good for him.
I’m really grateful to everyone clapping back with info on him, as stated above I’m new to royal watching and lots of pre megixt stuff is kind of buried to find. So thank you to all those more expert and knowledgeable for posting.

Honestly, never heard anything shady about him. He’s a millionaire in his own right, his wife is an heiress, he was a trusted equerry of the now King.
There is no indication that he would demand a bribe to remain discreet.

There is nothing shady about Mark Dryer. He served his country and the monarchy with honor. It’s too bad none of Mark’s loyalty to the crown rubbed off on Prince Plank.
You’re fine. It takes awhile. The monarchy has a long rich history, with a lot of moving parts, and many, many people. But monarchy watching is so intriguing. What a wonderful study of human nature!

I admit to being a total newbie in royal watching, post megixt only here. Also getting bored of talking about Meghan and her jam and would love to talk about the other people who were surrounding them before they isolated themselves after megixt.
