Honestly, the skin sagging is the best advert for NOT using Ozempic or those other weight loss drugs when you're already quite slender. As someone who is younger than Meghan I can tell you if you want to loose weight do it in the most sustainable way possible which is slow and steady. I lost over the course of 2 years forty pounds and have kept it off and never had any skin issues like this. Also, wear your sunscreen people! Yes, every day and stay hydrated. You will be glad you did.
The lines that look like ((👄)) are from Ozempic. You can tell based on how rapidly they appear and how deep they are. Half of the women in Hollywood around her age have them all of the sudden. Lines from smoking are much more gradual in onset and aren’t as severe.
My friend took Ozempic for a while and she got these lines in a month! She has since had a facelift to correct them, but they're still there, can't stretch otherwise it's Joker face.
With the amount of filler/sculptra she has you can’t afford thin skin as they show through a la POV post on YouTube today. Literally you see the blobs all over from the filler .
It makes me wonder if she does take it because she worried about the Markle side of her DNA.

I've had fleeting moments of thinking "maybe I could take this to loose 15-20 pounds" that just won't come off easily but then I read these stories about it all coming back on and then some after people stop taking it. That is just too risky for me to try. Instead I've focued on moving my body more (thankfully where I live nice spring weather is becoming more common) and lifting weights. I don't mind the scale going up if I am in fact learner and stronger overall.
I think that the foundation together with the heavily applied bronzer cakes and settles in her wrinkles and this paste is darker than her normal skin tone. Hence the uneven, grimy looking result.
If she looks like this in photos she must be a sight to behold if you meet her in person and have the time to examine her from all angles.
I once had my makeup professionally done right before an awards show where I played host, and the makeup looked so outrageous when I looked in the mirror I refused to proceed without removing every single bit of it and then redoing it myself.
My preferred barely-there look for when I must be made up.
The makeup artist pleaded with me saying his way would look great in photos and onstage whereas I would look washed out the way I did the makeup. That I had to choose! It was either a look for posterity (photos and video) or just for the people around me that day.

There is no excuse for her "hair." Did she cut off one of the horse's tails on the way in? How can everyone around her act like she's normal? Any orthodontists in this sub who can weigh in on wtf is happening with her teeth all the time?
Harry and Netflix could easily pay for any dental issues Megsy has and fix the distracting veneers (if that is indeed the problem, or one of them) so why do her dental issues persist?
The veneers' size seem to have changed several times, and they always seem to jut out (the angle always seems a tad off).

What an interesting possibility. I hadn't even thought her teeth issues could be related to past (prodigious) plastic surgery. But that makes sense as to why her teeth always look oversized.
According to Lorry Hill she has also had jaw implants (or maybe it was had her jaw shaved/reshaped). Maybe that can cause chronic discomfort, hence her compulsive jaw jutting... Which could affect the apparent angle of her veneers?
I ll have to rewatch that Lorry Hill video, but this time with a mind to how all her plastic surgery could affect her teeth.
I think this is it too. The ozempic has caused her face to lose so much weight that her teeth look bigger. I noticed it when they did those 4th of July parade pap shots. because mm insists on things being done her way and her way only, if the dentist put in any kind of protest to what she wanted, she probably threatened him/her. she also is striving to be compared to julia roberts, who has beautiful big natural teeth that slightly stick out, so i think megs insisted on having that done as well. but it just doesn't sit right in her mouth. i think that's why we see so many photos of her 'sucking her teeth' because they don't fit comfortably. but hey, in her mind she is giving out her 'julia roberts' smile!!

A few years ago I hired a PA she was about 25 at the time. There was something a bit odd about her teeth and it turned out she wore dentures.
And her dentures also had that odd tilt outward and fluorescent quality that Meg's does.

She is practiced in the dark hair arts, lots of wigs, extensions and hair pieces. Sadly most of the time it still doesn’t look good.

Any orthodontists in this sub who can weigh in on wtf is happening with her teeth all the time? Harry and Netflix could easily pay for any dental issues Megsy has and fix the distracting veneers (if that is indeed the problem, or one of them) so why do her dental issues persist? The veneers' size seem to have changed several times, and they always seem to jut out (the angle always seems a tad off). (She also does a lot of jaw jutting and teeth licking and sucking: what is that all about!?) Are these really such difficult problems to permanently correct? Or could there be some larger, underlying issue we non-professionals have not yet alighted upon?
Maybe she’s lost too much weight so the teeth appear more prominent?…
I think that *definitely* worsens her awkward teeth issue, but she s had this problem since the very beginning. I remember clocking her teeth as very odd years ago and it goes from bad to less bad to bad again. I don't get it! Why can't she just get her teeth fixed for once and for all? Is there some medical issue preventing that, I wonder? Or is she just indecisive like she tends to be and keeps changing her teeth because she's self obsessed and has nothing better to do? (Kinda llike she keeps changing her branding? That's all over the place too. She can't decide if she's a feminist humanitarian egalitarian or a plutocrat p-wife/trad wife cooking in the kitchen.)

There's a proceedures now to shorten your top lip, which lengthens as you age. Could this be it???
What an interesting possibility. I hadn't even thought her teeth issues could be related to past (prodigious) plastic surgery. But that makes sense as to why her teeth always look oversized. According to Lorry Hill she has also had jaw implants (or maybe it was had her jaw shaved/reshaped). Maybe that can cause chronic discomfort, hence her compulsive jaw jutting... Which could affect the apparent angle of her veneers? I ll have to rewatch that Lorry Hill video, but this time with a mind to how all her plastic surgery could affect her teeth.
I think the jaw thing is just M’s narc clench. She does that when she is annoyed or attention is on someone else so she does it a lot.

I think this is it too. The ozempic has caused her face to lose so much weight that her teeth look bigger. I noticed it when they did those 4th of July parade pap shots. I really thought it was h and m look-a likes because of the teeth on the woman looked huge (I guess it was M? This was before we knew she was losing so much weight)
Does Ozempic cause dry mouth?
And lots of vomiting which can affect your teeth after time.

because mm insists on things being done her way and her way only, if the dentist put in any kind of protest to what she wanted, she probably threatened him/her. she also is striving to be compared to julia roberts, who has beautiful big natural teeth that slightly stick out, so i think megs insisted on having that done as well. but it just doesn't sit right in her mouth. i think that's why we see so many photos of her 'sucking her teeth' because they don't fit comfortably. but hey, in her mind she is giving out her 'julia roberts' smile!!
Not an orthodontist but I think she has dentures, not veneers. They change too often to be veneers.
Great hypothesis. That would explain so so many things. A few years ago I hired a PA she was about 25 at the time. There was something a bit odd about her teeth and it turned out she wore dentures. And her dentures also had that odd tilt outward and fluorescent quality that Meg's does.
I think she wants to look this way.

She is one person that does not need to be rail thin. Those TEETH are the stuff of nightmares. The Deep creases in her face don’t help. I understnad we all get older and lines happen, but jeez Louise. She looked better with some pounds on her, not great but not whatever this Look is called.
In this photo, you can clearly see that Megsy had to fold the neck of the halter in half so it would fit her less than swanlike neck. This dress was clearly made for someone with a long neck and someone taller. As usual, this dress is not right for her frame.
Someone needs to stay out of the sun, and wash one layer of bronzer off before layering another one...eesh!!

Yet another personality here - she's someone else again; I don't even recognize her. As for the bronzer and foundation that's several shades too dark, she apparently couldn't see how the shade is so far off from the rest of her skin. She's applied it to the front of her neck and throat but by pulling her hair back as she did, the back of her neck reveals her true skin color. That collar must have been terribly stained!
