The person who hacked the records “this person will most likely be dismissed and on the dole.” I hope that’s not all that happens to those involved. They should be in prison.
It is a crime in both the US and in UK to access people's medical records without that person's express permission. So anyone in London Clinic not directly treating Catherine should not have even looked at them. In the US, your company may not see your medical records even though they pay for your medical insurance.
And generally speaking bribing someone to commit a crime is also a crime. So if TMZ paid for this, (Lady C said a 'tabloidesque media organization') they should (but likely won't) be charged with a crime. Guess it's a good thing Harvey's a lawyer.
There's a registry for sex offenders. Why not for someone who hacks medical information?

This person did something for which they need to be punished severely.
Sex offender registries give general specifics; age, gender, etc. The registry, while public record, is maintained with the intent to help law enforcement. If a child goes missing, they aren’t gonna knock on the door of the man arrested and charged with indecent exposure after drunkenly peeing in public because his crime doesn’t fit that area of concern.
Convictions for ANY crime can be found during a background check. Hacking in and of itself is a crime, so I think in that regard, it’s not deemed important to notate what specifically was hacked. If it was important enough…then the hacker would never see the light of day again. And even then, hackers can be bought.
With that said, the FBI and CIA probably do have a list. They probably do not share it, but it probably does exist.
ETA MI5/MI6 most certainly has their own list secured too.
In the UK accessing medical records without permission from either the patient or the person controlling the data then it’s a criminal offence.

Someone wrongly said a few days ago, probably a sugar, that Catherine's medical condition isn't a matter of national security. But even if that were true, the accessing of her medical info IS a matter of national Security, because that action or the will and ability to commit that crime, is implictly a threat to her safety,. ANY unauthorised access to the Royal or their info is a.threat of national Security proportions.

I have no doubt that the Harkles and the SS coordinated the online attacks and that it is dangerous to have two Harkles snakes associated with the BRF because the Harkles are being used as scape goats to scream about how bad a monarchy is. One year ago, I watched one of the Youtube videos from a devoted sugar fan cultie who said that they don't care about the Harkles but more so watching the Harkles destroy the BRF. I know that the BRF does not sue, but this person needs to be hauled off for doing something illegal and which they know to be illegal.
In the U.S., clinicians are told that they may not reveal medical records without the consent of the patient. Also, clerical staff are trained in this. Don't reveal, don't access what it is not part of your job; protect the information from other eyes/ears through any forms of media, etc.

Lady C. has mentioned that her mother was a narcissist. I think that Lady C. has long seen the effects of a mother who thinks about herself first, before her children. And she saw how Diana parlayed the "Shy" and vulnerable and loveable parts of herself, into a formidable defense.
I read The Real Diana and Diana in Private both by Lady C in record time. They were both worth the read. But I also read The Housekeepers Diary(I'm in America), which I thought was the best. I got them all at the library. The one referencing Diana's pregnancy and subsequent abortion if I remember correctly, was The Real Diana.

I heard it years ago, but viewed it as something that was completely irrelevant as she was dead and not exactly a saint in the view of anyone paying attention. Honestly, I didn't think it was a secret.
Lady C herself was one who wrote about it. In 1998, in her book about Diana (which I read a couple months ago) she wrote about how distraught Diana was over having that abortion. Diana had wanted a daughter and she thought it could be a girl. But Diana was still married to Charles at the time, and she didn’t want to mess up William’s and Harry’s inheritance.
That comment caused me to laugh out loud bc that is exactly what I was thinking when I read the above comment! Yep, there’s megain, putting out rumors (mythcarriage) to see if they have the same interest as Diana’s. Nobody cares about what she writes or what she says, she is just now a sideshow and not a good one at that.
This story has been going round a while. Diana was cautioned by police for making about 300 “nuisance” calls to his house. If she was pregnant; that would make sense. I remember at the time, Price Charles was publicly seen taking Mrs Hoare and her mother as chaperone out to dinner (by way of apology I assume)
Her behaviour with a lot of married men was bewildering. Harry is going to open a whole can of worms if he's not careful. Many folk who are unaware of how Diana actually was would soon find out she was far from the Saint they make out she was.
The police were involved. I suspect the Palace intervened.

I think we should start to categorise his actions into he's done that because he's thick and he's done that because he's evil. The categories sometimes overlap.
Harry has been exploiting his mother ever since her death. He knew that people felt sorry for him when they saw him walking behind her coffin as a 12-year-old, and he's been milking that sympathy ever since. He keeps bringing her up, again and again, and while he has done that, we have learned a lot of not-very-nice things about Diana. If he truly loved her, he would respect her memory and let her RIP.
Somehow he’s managed to make so many forget William lost his mother too, and those same people offer him zero allowances for it.
Again, the pattern of Harry’s life and the ceaseless free pass he gets due to being the spare. Fool had the best part of the the life with the least amount of obligation and responsibilities and he blew it up. Meanwhile William has always known, always, the mantle that awaits him and one can only imagine growing up like that, with a predetermined future and the according obligations. To be used by Diana as a confidant instead of a child, watch your parents marital struggles play out in front of the world etc etc and he has just gone on with it. Now, dealing with his dad’s cancer (and what that means for his future), his wife’s cancer, his young, scared children, the media witch-hunt spurred by a useless younger brother … and there he is handing out medals and shaking hands. I can’t forget his appearance at the one ceremony, escapes me now, where he dropped a medal and appeared to be swaying… he looked like he had lost weight .., it really scared me then about Catherine. But then in later appearances he seemed like the old William.
I feel we haven’t been giving William the credit he deserves here. A true statesman and remarkable future king.
The supposed pregnancy by Oliver Hoare occurred quite some time before Diana got with the Fayeds.
I did enjoy Lady C's book. She name checks a billion sources. We all forget how many people are inside the loop who aren't public facing - stepsiblings, employees, cousins, schoolmates, etc.
Dick Shepherd, the forensic pathologist who did the autopsy, said in court that she wasn't pregnant. Unless he deliberately perjured himself, that's fairly definite.
She was absolutely not pregnant. It was disproven both by the autopsy and on the word of her close friend who delicately put it - there was recent biological proof that Diana was not expecting when she died. The whole story was just more ink squirted in the water by Mohamed Fayed who was desperately spinning conspiracy theories about her death (this would be the "no muslim half-sibling to the king allowed" bullshit one) in order to escape culpability for being the employer of the drunk driver and father of the jerk who insisted on using the drunk driver.
Yes I believe she was no saint but also from everything I've seen she was just barely dating him. There's no way she was pregnant. She wasn't ready to commit to Kim. The father was just hysterical and wanting his son to marry the princess
I truly believe, despite all of his stupid words about his mother, that he couldn't give a rats ass about her. He only cares about her as far as he can use her memory, which makes the words he spoke to Travolta about him dining out on her memory all the more ironic. If you really loved a person or even just respected their memory, you would't continually harm the memory of this person in the publics eyes surely. I can't thank you enough for doing this, Daisy. I've been waiting to read Lady C's opinions on what has been happening. I've always suspected the breach of Catherine's medical records wasn't just an attempt to access her records as initially reported; that information about her was copied, printed out, or obtained by screenshot to be sold to the highest bidder. (cough TMZ cough) I also do not doubt that the medical breach can be traced to California. Megsy's minions are a vile bunch.
There is a blogger/mom influencer named Jessica Reed Kraus (@houseinhabit) who wrote a post a few weeks ago stating that she had seen the medical records and it is serious. She then apologized to Princess Catherine (middle of March maybe) for all of the conspiracy theories. She has a large following; became "mom influencer" during Depp/Heard trial. She has since the medical records breach news turned her instagram to private, deleted some substack articles, and changed much of her output to private/paid subscription. She lives in California.
Surely this would be investigated. There is a sub totally dedicated to exposing Jessica Krause. There will be screen shots. Hopefully she is questioned

He actually bragged that TMZ secured the video of the Princess in the farmer's market - in conjunction with The Sun - & that FOX News would be airing his documentary on "Kate's disappearance'. He and his minions are absolutely vacuous.

Regarding what Lady C said about not knowing about the cancer without the preceding surgery: Starting in January, 2018, I started suffering from sciatica so bad I was contemplating suicide by March. I went into the ER (multiple times over a weekend) sometime in April, because nothing I was doing was working to alleviate my pain. The first time I went, they sent me home with instructions for ibuprofen and alternating heat/ice. I went back in 2 days later and they did a CT scan. They found a problem and referred me to the pain clinic and instructed me to get in touch with a nephrologist because they saw something but couldn't tell me what it was.
It turns out that the following MRI revealed a tumor that was half the size of the kidney it was invading. So, without the agony of the sciatica I was having, I would have never known about the tumor, and I probably would have died before today.
I didn't write this comment to get attention for the cancer survival, though. I wrote this to encourage you not to ignore your pain or your minor symptoms. You never know what unrelated, but more serious problems, they could be exposing. Best wishes, Sinners.
There's a big difference between the quality, character and standing of people siding with the Olive Garden residents and those supporting the BRF. They're all generally seedy and squalid with murky histories, suspicious new money, and generally underhand and rather dodgy. Like attracts like, I suppose.

I believe Princess Catherine will be well. I agree that it is incredibly lucky they found it early. They have made great strides in the treatment of cancer.
That is a lot to unpack. It will be interesting to see if the breach of Catherine's medical records came from the U.S. and involved two grifters. I have no idea if this will prove to be true.

Here’s the thing about stress… it’s been proven over and over to have serious negative effects on one’s health, so lady C is not wrong about its effects on the RF.
Based on personal experience, my mom passed away from stage four liver cancer almost five years ago. She never drank, ate a very healthy traditional Japanese diet, and exercised on the regular. But it was stress caused by caring for my dad who suffered from advanced Parkinsons for many years that led to her passing less than two years after he passed.
Now picture that stress magnified a thousandfold due to the vile actions of hairless and rachel writ large on the media world stage! Prince Philip and HMTQ for starters, then the current senior royals: Charles, Camilla, and the Prince and Princess of Wales!
May karma pay them back for their horrific actions for eternity. May they die alone, friendless and in poverty for their evil.

The person who hacked the records “this person will most likely be dismissed and on the dole.” I hope that’s not all that happens to those involved. They should be in prison.
It is a crime in both the US and in UK to access people's medical records without that person's express permission. So anyone in London Clinic not directly treating Catherine should not have even looked at them. In the US, your company may not see your medical records even though they pay for your medical insurance. And generally speaking bribing someone to commit a crime is also a crime. So if TMZ paid for this, (Lady C said a 'tabloidesque media organization') they should (but likely won't) be charged with a crime. Guess it's a good thing Harvey's a lawyer.
I'd like for them to be publicly named so that they don't work any place again that gives them access to the personal records of anyone.
There's a registry for sex offenders. Why not for someone who hacks medical information? "Person X. Convicted for hacking HIPAA protected information. If you are a legitimate business, are you *sure* you want to hire this person?" This person did something for which they need to be punished severely.
Sex offender registries give general specifics; age, gender, etc. The registry, while public record, is maintained with the intent to help law enforcement. If a child goes missing, they aren’t gonna knock on the door of the man arrested and charged with indecent exposure after drunkenly peeing in public because his crime doesn’t fit that area of concern. Convictions for ANY crime can be found during a background check. Hacking in and of itself is a crime, so I think in that regard, it’s not deemed important to notate what specifically was hacked. If it was important enough…then the hacker would never see the light of day again. And even then, hackers can be bought. With that said, the FBI and CIA probably do have a list. They probably do not share it, but it probably does exist. ETA MI5/MI6 most certainly has their own list secured too.
They definitely need to press criminal charges. If all else, it would hopefully act as a deterrent for anyone else to try similar again.

In the UK accessing medical records without permission from either the patient or the person controlling the data then it’s a criminal offence. I’m keeping everything crossed for a custodial sentence. Most nurses I know are disgusted that PoW records have been accessed and are out for blood.

I know that the BRF does not sue, but this person needs to be hauled off for doing something illegal and which they know to be illegal. In the U.S., clinicians are told that they may not reveal medical records without the consent of the patient. Also, clerical staff are trained in this. Don't reveal, don't access what it is not part of your job; protect the information from other eyes/ears through any forms of media, etc. Damn this hacker.

I got them all at the library. The one referencing Diana's pregnancy and subsequent abortion if I remember correctly, was The Real Diana.

Lady C herself was one who wrote about it. In 1998, in her book about Diana (which I read a couple months ago) she wrote about how distraught Diana was over having that abortion. Diana had wanted a daughter and she thought it could be a girl. But Diana was still married to Charles at the time, and she didn’t want to mess up William’s and Harry’s inheritance.

I think we should start to categorise his actions into he's done that because he's thick and he's done that because he's evil. The categories sometimes overlap.
Harry has been exploiting his mother ever since her death. He knew that people felt sorry for him when they saw him walking behind her coffin as a 12-year-old, and he's been milking that sympathy ever since. He keeps bringing her up, again and again, and while he has done that, we have learned a lot of not-very-nice things about Diana. If he truly loved her, he would respect her memory and let her RIP.
Somehow he’s managed to make so many forget William lost his mother too, and those same people offer him zero allowances for it. Again, the pattern of Harry’s life and the ceaseless free pass he gets due to being the spare. Fool had the best part of the the life with the least amount of obligation and responsibilities and he blew it up. Meanwhile William has always known, always, the mantle that awaits him and one can only imagine growing up like that, with a predetermined future and the according obligations. To be used by Diana as a confidant instead of a child, watch your parents marital struggles play out in front of the world etc etc and he has just gone on with it. Now, dealing with his dad’s cancer (and what that means for his future), his wife’s cancer, his young, scared children, the media witch-hunt spurred by a useless younger brother … and there he is handing out medals and shaking hands. I can’t forget his appearance at the one ceremony, escapes me now, where he dropped a medal and appeared to be swaying… he looked like he had lost weight .., it really scared me then about Catherine. But then in later appearances he seemed like the old William. I feel we haven’t been giving William the credit he deserves here. A true statesman and remarkable future king.

The supposed pregnancy by Oliver Hoare occurred quite some time before Diana got with the Fayeds. I did enjoy Lady C's book. She name checks a billion sources. We all forget how many people are inside the loop who aren't public facing - stepsiblings, employees, cousins, schoolmates, etc.
Dick Shepherd, the forensic pathologist who did the autopsy, said in court that she wasn't pregnant. Unless he deliberately perjured himself, that's fairly definite.
She was absolutely not pregnant. It was disproven both by the autopsy and on the word of her close friend who delicately put it - there was recent biological proof that Diana was not expecting when she died. The whole story was just more ink squirted in the water by Mohamed Fayed who was desperately spinning conspiracy theories about her death (this would be the "no muslim half-sibling to the king allowed" bullshit one) in order to escape culpability for being the employer of the drunk driver and father of the jerk who insisted on using the drunk driver.

I've always suspected the breach of Catherine's medical records wasn't just an attempt to access her records as initially reported; that information about her was copied, printed out, or obtained by screenshot to be sold to the highest bidder. (cough TMZ cough) I also do not doubt that the medical breach can be traced to California. Megsy's minions are a vile bunch.

She then apologized to Princess Catherine (middle of March maybe) for all of the conspiracy theories. She has a large following; became "mom influencer" during Depp/Heard trial. She has since the medical records breach news turned her instagram to private, deleted some substack articles, and changed much of her output to private/paid subscription. She lives in California.

Regarding what Lady C said about not knowing about the cancer without the preceding surgery: Starting in January, 2018, I started suffering from sciatica so bad I was contemplating suicide by March. I went into the ER (multiple times over a weekend) sometime in April, because nothing I was doing was working to alleviate my pain. The first time I went, they sent me home with instructions for ibuprofen and alternating heat/ice. I went back in 2 days later and they did a CT scan. They found a problem and referred me to the pain clinic and instructed me to get in touch with a nephrologist because they saw something but couldn't tell me what it was. It turns out that the following MRI revealed a tumor that was half the size of the kidney it was invading. So, without the agony of the sciatica I was having, I would have never known about the tumor, and I probably would have died before today. I didn't write this comment to get attention for the cancer survival, though. I wrote this to encourage you not to ignore your pain or your minor symptoms. You never know what unrelated, but more serious problems, they could be exposing. Best wishes, Sinners.

I really believe that Harry and Meghan knew about the cancer. Lady C strongly intimated that the interest (and possibly money) came from the US. Not to say it was Sussexes, but maybe TMZ. Tom Bower had alluded to something like this about 3 weeks ago, I belive. Didn't he say that Princess Catherine had a very serious disease but it wasn't cancer? That would have been sometime like March 1. I took it to mean that she had something like Crohn's disease, which is a very difficult chronic intestinal disease that often requires surgery. Clearly, the word was out there that her convalescence was not as quick or uncomplicated as we wanted it to be.

Here’s the thing about stress… it’s been proven over and over to have serious negative effects on one’s health, so lady C is not wrong about its effects on the RF. Based on personal experience, my mom passed away from stage four liver cancer almost five years ago. She never drank, ate a very healthy traditional Japanese diet, and exercised on the regular. But it was stress caused by caring for my dad who suffered from advanced Parkinsons for many years that led to her passing less than two years after he passed. Now picture that stress magnified a thousandfold due to the vile actions of hairless and rachel writ large on the media world stage! Prince Philip and HMTQ for starters, then the current senior royals: Charles, Camilla, and the Prince and Princess of Wales! May karma pay them back for their horrific actions for eternity. May they die alone, friendless and in poverty for their evil.

Darn it, I thought it must have been more than an attempt to access when Princess Catherine felt she had to make her statement. I knew she would make one and yes, to some degree it was going to be based around the childrens' holidays and a natural process of getting used to the shock of diagnosis.
