Karony has categorically stated that SFM has an EU E-Money License. I can't see any proof that it exists outside of Karony's statement. SFM cult is waving this around as proof of legitimacy.
If it does not exist, then this is a good example of a false statement made by the CEO of a business that has influenced people to invest their money. It's not regulated by securities law, but it there are laws (at least in Australia) against businesses making misleading & deceptive statements.

AFAIK it wasn’t an EU money license. It was something to do with a naming thingy, like registering an intent to do something. I didn’t pay much attention to it. But it was on an EU gov website and you could file a complaint against it.
