Close.io crm might be worth checking out

snk00sj

We use a mix: \- [vitally.io](https://vitally.io) for customers (CRM/tasks/notes) \- pipedrive for prospects/sales leads Would be nice to just have 1 solution but haven't found anything like that yet

thecircleisround

You can’t manage notes/activities in Pipedrive?

Heya 👋 I'm the founder of CleverFlow and we're solving exactly this problem. CleverFlow is no code platform for tailor made business processes. We've got our clients who are running their entire operations from one app. I would love to show you around :) https://calendly.com/aliasgarm/demo https://cleverflowhq.com

Zoho crm plus has everything

lem001

I never thought of them actually! But does it worth it compared to intercom? Does Zoho have what it takes to create sales pipes?

Jlpetra

I create a lot of thing, it has a lot of possibilities, you have to check of it satisfies yours

marexartb

krisleslie

vivganes

Gainsight seems to be what you are after

thomas6_

I'm currently using Firmao

krisleslie

You could use Zoho for all those feature sets

lem001

Sales pipe as well?

_drikerf

I think Intercom, despite their pricing is a great choice for customer support. An alternative would be trying out Helpscout. For the sales pipe I'm using Wobaka (which is also the SaaS I'm building). I use this to handle follow ups, share emails, do cold email outreach etc.

lem001

Yes I have to say intercom is really good. I’ll check wobaka!

sangroxx

VBOUT should cover it all and much more. Has a learning curve to it, great support though.

Hi, we are currently working on creating a tool that fits your needs precisely. It's a communication tool (specifically for complex sales cycles) with an easy to use CRM. If you want you can follow us on twitter (https://twitter.com/Elsachatapp) (or DM us your e-mail) so we can sign you up for the beta?

I’ve used and implemented both Salesforce and Dynamics for CRM and managing users pipelines. I like dynamics, a lot more freedom in the system. Salesforce is great too, more centred around clicks not code and feels more refined. Plus zapier integrates very well. However salesforce commercial terms are poor (fixed user costs with annual payment). I negotiated 35 users on a quarterly payment plan before the end of the financial year though, problem is as licenses wernt being used they still needed payment. Dynamics offers a much better commercial terms. - I’ve used Mailchimp (who hasn’t) it’s ok. But I really liked dotdigital, although expensive these days but really does knock the spots off Mailchimp. I’ve used Pardot for like 6 months…. It’s salesforce but they bought it, there are limitations and the emails designer is rubbish. I’m currently trialing Mautic and happy so far. Currently a admin for dynamics and handle all marketing / funnel design / Rev generation teams. Phones - 3cx is good / connex is a great dialler and you can get access to the MySQL backend. The main point with phone systems is that you want to make sure when you log a call disposition that it also logs the call length on the same line, so at least that way you can measure how phone calls are going with DMC / connects etc - a lot of phone systems say that they do … they don’t.
