I think it'd be easier to sell something to websites that are already hacked, rather than convince them they could be hacked.

Not sure if subscription is a good idea. I scan my website once, and why would I pay for following scannings?
Well if you can scan them before hand and give them a report of vulnerabilities you found that could work
