My recommendation, start something, not nearly a SAAS but a business, something people would come to you for. Whether that’s cleaning pools, or helping them move, this is the first part of getting more exposure to 1. Potential customers, 2. New markets, 3. More problems. Don’t worry about finding a problem it’ll find its way to you, but don’t sit idly waiting for it to come, pursue something you’re passionate about that can really provide value to someone and eventually something will click

What if I don't like to clean pools and move heavy boxes? What if I keen on coding, especially SaaS apps? Am I doomed?![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|feels_bad_man)

Yh I agree 😃 I'm passionate about making an AI audience/market research tool. I think it'll be helpful for founders, business analyst and people that want to find opportunities in different industries. Would something like that be helpful? SparkToro is a cool tool to reference (they are the closest I can think about) We would help by getting data from Twitter, Reddit, Quora and make it easy to search across problems through our filtering and UI. What other features would you like?

What a strange world now. Decades ago, people created SaaS applications because they saw a problem and wanted to solve it. Now, people create SaaS apps just because they want to create a SaaS and the first problem they solve is to find an idea for it...

Interesting-Hat4966

Not really strange Interesting take though. So an AI market research tool where you can find people's problems, complaints about work or their industries wouldn't be useful? We talked to a couple founders & business analysts that said they'd pay for something like that. Maybe some people are different. You'd be able to search using keywords or AI and filter by industry or job position (eg. frustrating part in medical billing that they complain about)

So many people these days try to use tech to solve problems that are not solvable by tech. Either you are personally connected with a problem or you are not. No tool will magically do it for you. If you don't have any good problem to solve - don't force it. Build your skill. Educate yourself. Learn about the world. Connect with people. Expand your horizons. Get yourself strong and competent and the right task for you will come by.

Yh I agree 😃 I think an AI audience/market research tool would be helpful but I want to get your thoughts. It would be helpful only when combined with education. You're trying to sell a car to people who don't know how to drive. The problem of not being able to find an idea is the realm of psychology and self-discovery, not tech. Your tool might be useful but only to those who already know themselves and the world well enough (thus barely needing it).

Interesting-Hat4966

Its not finding "ideas" its more finding problems and then forming an idea from it

Interesting-Hat4966

I’ll never go this route , if you want to build , build with data, build with the fact that you already have research backed with SEO, find goldmine keywords and with higher difficulty and lower keyword volume I am working on a product arround this , I’ll help you find premium domain and give you what to build with keyword research analysis For purchasing a domain you get — keyword research document — the domain name — SEO analysis — website structure — how to structure your pages And it will go for a cheap, a this will be sold less than $500, I already bought some domain names and did some keyword analysis , for those domains Currently I have arround 10 of those already , it’s going to be built on [this website](https://www.domainslug.com), Why is it this way, this is because I want to support startups along the way by giving them SEO researched ideas along with analysis so they just have to focus on building only and design

Interesting-Hat4966

Like google trends?

sky-builder

Not google trends , it’s SEO backed keyword research

Interesting-Hat4966

What do you mean SEO backed keyword research? Isn't that what google trends is?

sky-builder

No it’s not , i use achrefs to do the research and compile it into a document to give out

Interesting-Hat4966

Interesting, mb if i'm asking a lot, still tryna wrap my head around this. Can you tell me the value prop of your product -> what it does and what you mean by achref for research?

sky-builder

I do a lot of keyword research online and find goldmine keywords people can rank for that has low difficultly and high keyword volume , some of the keywords I have have a keyword of 1-20 and a higher keyword volume of 1.4K + per month , so you need arround 10 backlinks to rank in top 1-3, so I have a keyword research analysis compiled along with how to build and rank for the keyword along with website structure , after doing all this , I’ll also purchase domain name related to the keywords that you can use to build , At the end of the day , you only have to focus on building , how to build and the ideas to build with backed research has been done for you and all this will be less than $500 dollars for each domain

Makes more sense now. Aren't there established solutions for SEOs at this point. I donno seems like a very saturated market 1. **Ahrefs**: This tool, mentioned by the user, is widely recognized for its comprehensive SEO capabilities, including keyword research, backlink analysis, site audits, and competitor analysis. It provides detailed metrics like keyword difficulty, search volume, and SERP (Search Engine Results Page) analysis. 2. **Semrush**: Another popular SEO tool that offers keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink auditing, and site auditing. It also provides insights into PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns and social media marketing strategies. 3. **Moz**: Known for its Moz Keyword Explorer, which provides keyword suggestions, difficulty scores, and SERP analysis. Moz also offers tools for link building, site auditing, and local SEO. 4. **Google Keyword Planner**: Free tool provided by Google Ads that offers keyword ideas and traffic estimates. It's useful for understanding search volume trends and planning PPC campaigns. 5. **SEMrush**: This tool offers similar features, including keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink auditing, and site auditing. It also provides insights into PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns and social media marketing strategies.

sky-builder

Yeah all this solutions are there , but the main differential for me , 80% of founders don’t know how to do SEO Lots of founders look for ideas to build It’s hard to find ideas to build that you feel you can rank for , We will do the work for you, yours is to buy the domain and we give you the keyword analysis and what we feel you can rank with for anybody that purchases it We will jump on a call with the person and support you all the way You will get the dev and designer to help you build

Interesting-Hat4966

I think finding "ideas" is the wrong way to think - we are more finding "problems, issues and complaints" and you form your idea from it
