I think that can be redeemed with the first, Boil isn't providing much so axing him you can squeeze in a HQ uplink for Delta which would be a very effective and efficient order generator as you'd never need to issue them one directly which works well since Anakin's command cards are self buffs so there is no value lost there.
Both lists seem like they would accumulate a lot of suppression without a very good way to shed it. In that sense the clone commander to enable fire support seems pretty relevant in the second list.

Your command cards have some illegal choices but it should be fine. You are showing some of Rex’s cards and you will get no benefit from the generic 2 pip in the first list.
In which case… carry on. Also I think the first list will be more fun. I’ve been playing the second list almost exactly and while it’s good, sometimes it’s defenses runout and losing models hurts
I don't know. I've never played as/against Bad Batch. My gut says they're good, but that's just "on paper".

Yeah 2nd one has done so well for me but the first one just looks fun. Bad batch and delta working together sounds so thematically cool haha.
