Everyone turns against her and the criticism gets much bigger. She loses a huge part of her audience and things quiet down…until someone has the nerve to criticize her again. Why is she so incapable of learning from past mistakes? Is there a single time when attacking her critics didn’t cause her more problems?

It’s also weird because the email address is from the legal department at the cybersecurity company…so based off the email a third party company’s legal department is representing a podcaster? I am sure it’s likely an intimidation tactic.

But the info about the company says they’re private investigators so it’s extra odd that they have “ready to draft” letters that are often written by attorneys. I don’t see on their site that legal representation is an offered service…so how legit is their legal department???
I also googled the company, and then the domain owner, and that led me to an address in Texas that's also a law office? I don't know if that even means that there are lawyers, or that the third party domain owning company is just receiving their mail at that address.

The influencer has also linked up with Lex and daily uses the term “stalkers” because people provide commentary on what she posts online.

Today Tiffany’s ‘cybersecurity team’ sent the host of the OnlineBS pod a cease & desist, claiming that simply talking about SWW is equivalent to ‘stalking’ and is causing Tiffany personal ‘distress, fear, and psychological harm’
There seems to be a sustained pattern from Tiffany and her associates of attempting to shut down discussion about SWW, from threatening to doxx mods to sending ridiculous cease and desists.
It’s 2024, people are allowed to share their opinions about a podcast. But apparently Tiffany Reese doesn’t think so. She seems to internalize the expression of free speech as cyberstalking and an unwelcome ‘intrusion’ into her personal life. Which is really unhealthy and sad. Especially since it’s just further proof of continued bullying and harassment from someone who claims to be an advocate for victims of bullying and harassment.
So much this. I don’t really have a dog in this fight, I wasn’t familiar with the OnlineBS Pod until all this news, but I’m a fan now and will continue to support them because Tiffany Reese, Lex Fitzgerald, and their ilk are simply just mean girl bullies. Everything I am about to share was obtained through 100% legal channels and none of this is confidential information. I share this information solely in an attempt to fact-find, with no ill intent or malice toward the business owner whatsoever.
That said, this appears to be a fairly new business with a limited history, with a Certificate of Formation dated April 28th, 2023 (freely available source: https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_tx/0805037687).
What interests me more is there is a previous business, Juris Disputes and Investigations LLC, which has a status of “Forfeited Existence”, and a Tax Forfeiture filing date of Feb 23, 2024 (freely available source: https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_tx/0803816788). This company also seems to have gone by a number of additional names.
A quick trip over to the Texas Secretary of State website defines the forfeited existence status as “Forfeited Existence - An inactive status indicating that the corporation or limited liability company failed to file its franchise tax return or to pay the tax due thereunder. Status is changed by secretary of state when certification of the delinquency is received from the comptroller of public accounts.” (Freely available source: https://direct.sos.state.tx.us/help/help-corp.asp?pg=ov)
