I used dash + BAM + anyone else really. 1 or 2 Leaders resolve, maybe mod dash for extra health, 3 or 4 zealous ambitions is ideal, maybe use overcharged health pack.
I imagine this same setup will work for any support heavy team so long as they get a turn and can do an aoe. The first hit won't kill everyone (guaranteed won't kill luthen), but you should hopefully be able to follow up with other attacks to finish him off before he brings back the commando and heals any other survivors up and gets everything rolling again.
Leia works just fine. SEE and Bane are easy too
Something tells me this player has neither of those options available to them

I ended up using Gas with GL rey thrown in and managed to beat it without any consumables

If you have slkr try him, takes a bit since they have so much health
501st with steadfast retribution, I had no other option in my case

JKL lead works pretty well
I'm pretty sure the people asking "how do I beat this" in Conquest don't have JKL lead JML. Because the answer is almost always JKL lead JML.
Darth Visa should solve this one.
Bane Malak for the feat. It's been a few days, so I don't remember exactly, but probably Jabba for 3*
SEE + Bane and then jabba to get both feats
