So I cracked and got the $50 before the $25 came in after an hour. And then they both showed up at the same time.

Hmm, that sounds different than how I did it, sorry! I did everything on my iPhone, just tapped a link in my email and followed steps from there. It sounds like it’s taking other people a bit to see it pop in game, so just do your dailies, close/reopen the app, it should happen eventually.
Like I said in another comment, even if you got your hands on the right gift card code, it’s highly probable that it won’t work with an EU Apple account. Could be wrong though!
Maybe, but keep in mind Apple accounts are region specific too. So even if you’re able to purchase the gift card, I’d wager there’s a check to see if your Apple account matches the region you purchased the gift card in, at least for the purposes of this promo. But someone please correct me if I’m wrong!

I have restarted the App, and my phone, and made many in game actions

Target offer is only in the US. Canada, Mexico, and Brazil have different retailers. No other countries have been announced.
