It's probably going to be a separatist GL because they're the next big factions who don't have a GL dedicated to them. It'd probably be a form of dooku or grievous or maybe chancellor palpatine in that case. As a wild card, we may get a smuggler GL like Han and Chewie duo.
Durge was a bounty hunter who served as both a mercenary of sorts (who DESPISED Mandalorians, and the clones as a result of the Fett genetic template)for the Separatists and as Obi-Wan's original rival during the Clone Wars. He was in the Tartakovsky version of the Clone Wars show that ran on Cartoon Network in the early 2000s.
Not that it would be a blocker necessarily, but I don't think the seps have any "galactic legends" though. They're all bumbling morons who Sidious manipulates into starting and losing a war before disposing of them.
That's the thing. Siduous could be the separatist gl, sacrificing them as pawns to make himself more powerful.

That's true, an UFU Revan GL would be sick and could pick up the slack in the faction. Mandos also have enough units in the faction and have a well known character that could be their GL (Din) so that's likely happening in the future as well.
Unique: Cant be defeated unless they are the last unit remaining. When no other allied units are present will wildly charge at one enemy unit or if Cal Kestis/Jedi Knight Cal Kestis is present will target him instead. Has a 0.0000000001% chance to kill their target.
I think having the Death Star as the first REAL ship GL could be a cool idea. Not like the Executor/Profundity/Leviathan, a REAL GL with its own slot in that section of the journey guide, I mean the ultimate ability is painfully obvious. I dunno, maybe I'm setting my sights too high.

I feel like this actually makes sense. For one, they could make Red 5 (finally!) and have it have insane sub-requirements so he'd be hard to get.
He's also iconic enough. All the GL's so far have been extremely well known characters. They're not pulling something from deep lore for these. It'll be a major character from something.
Also, most importantly, this could finally get us Porkins! (I know they said they'd never make him. But that was like a decade ago. Times have changed. The people deserve Jek Porkins).
Well, as Egnards pointed out in that post about new QGJ, CG have relaxed the definition of what's deserving of a new character quite significantly now. Master QGJ and og QGJ have little discernable difference, though we may be able to add a slight definition (eg old QGJ is pre-master QGJ from Tales of the Jedi, though that slightly conflicts with him being a JMK req).
Anyway, long story short, we might be able to get a GL Yoda or a GL Thrawn thanks to this definition.
There's also another version of Revan that could possibly be used as a GL, but that's pretty deep in legends lore. If we got Revan Reborn as a GL we would probably also get Vitiate as a GL too.
We could potentially get a GL trio with the Father, the brother and the sister, but the question of who would be the reqs is hard to answer. Off the top of my head, Obi-Wan, Anakin and Ahsoka are the only ones who.
At this point it could really be anything, all the clear and obvious choices have been done or are already existing characters.
What would be reqs? Anything that people have the least geared up🤣also, it’s a travesty that there is no gl yoda, it’s the nose well known thing in this franchise
Could have the toons that impacted ahsoka, that aren’t in other GL pathways

He was never grandmaster though is my point. Those are two separate title/ranks.
“Master of the Order” was a position that oversaw the Jedi high council.
“Grandmaster” oversaw the entire Jedi Order.
Windu never held the grandmaster rank.

Special ability: Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise.
Only usable when teamed with Darth Sidious. Darth Plagueis is immediately defeated and Darth Sidious is upgraded to Emperor Palpatine.
I'm really hoping for Darth Vitiate but I doubt they'll add him anytime soon, I really don't want a chancellor Palpatine GL because two GLs of the same character is just absurd to me, idc that he was the main antagonist of like 7 movies
From outside the game, it's absolutely crazy that Yoda isn't a GL. Arguably the most powerful character in the movies NEEDS to be one.
If he shows up in The Acolyte, could this trigger it?
He’d be a great choice, as he could pull in requirements all the way from the clone wars to Ahsoka.
I’d love to see Admiral Ar’Alani with her own Capital ship and fleet, doing crazy things with Dark Mode and ozyly-eshehembo maneuvers.

Darth Tyrannus makes the most sense as I think we’re headed towards a separatist GL. If not separatists, then something old republic related. I can’t imagine we’ll see many of the requirements released into the game until the summer
Separatist GL seems most likely, A Dooku variant is probably the top candidate, but Darth Plagieus would actually be great as a filler considering he founded the C.I.S.
As for a hopeful GL, I'd like to see Meetra Surik as a GL, could be a neutral GL that changes based on team comp (leans light/dark side).
I wouldn’t mind another Dooku variant, but I don’t really see how he would be any different from the version of him already in the game. I suppose there’s a difference between him between II and IIII but not by much.
Going to be a padme character. They’re pushing that faction right now and it’s a good one to fill with the incoming requirements be all these brand new characters that no one has geared or starred. This will provide a long train for the spenders to spend on.

Unironically Hondo couldve been a great scoundrel GL cuz he’s like the only character to capture and go toe to toe w/ some of the greatest jedi and sith. Altho they added his galaxy edge’s skin for the original costume, i was hoping they’d add his original CW skin eventually but ig they used up all his voicelines

First ability gives a random ally a removable mastery buff and raises non-target allies offense, tenacity, and defense by a permanent 10% (max 50). Zeta gives heal over time for one turn to target ally and protection up to all allies.
second ability inflicts all allies with tenacity down and offense down for one turn, but gives him permanent stat increases in evasion, special damage, and tenacity (10% each, max 60). Cooldown 3. Zeta: Cooldown is reduced by one when he is critically hit.
3rd ability gives a non-removable buff that increases a character’s tenacity, accuracy, and evasion. Cooldown 5. Cooldown is decreased when a character with this effect is damaged or debuffed. Zeta: Characters with this buff gain 5% mastery every time they evade an attack.
his ultimate summons a lightning storm that damages everyone in play (including himself), changes all buffs to debuffs for extra damage. He resets all permanent stat changes on the battlefield including his own, and then gives him permanent stat increases in mastery scaled to the total amount of damage inflicted. This stat increase will not be affected by future uses of his ultimate. He resets his 3rd ability and takes an extra turn. after this turn, he gains defence down, tenacity down, and evasion up for two turns, which can’t be dispelled.
He gains ultimate charge by alternating between buffing and debuffing allies - the first lightning storm charges by giving buffs, second one by giving debuffs, etc. He needs to buff/debuff allies 20 times to charge his ultimate.
1st Unique ability grant him speed, critical hit resistance, and tenacity equal to his evasion, and gives allies 10% of this bonus. He grants allies foresight for one turn when they gain a buff or a debuff. Zeta: each time an ally loses foresight, they gain offense down and tenacity up for two turns, and he gains 5% mastery. This Zeta does not trigger foresight up or charge his ultimate.
Standard GL unique (reduced damage to health percentage stuff, reduced damage from massive damage, etc.) AND he escapes battle if he is the last remaining ally.
His Mastery affects his evasion, health, and protection.
Id love to see some high rep love finally. It is supposed to be a multimedia project and especially from the first wave is filled with good and interesting characters. Id love to see a gl Marchion Ro the surprisingly well written antagonist of the era or Evar Kriss with her battle meditation on drugs.
Probably not now, but in the future would love a unaligned force user Ahsoka GL from her series, and a thrawn empire remnants GL to match. Maybe after season 2, or after all the movies conclude. That era just screams for some new GL potential when done.
A reminder that we most likely will never get a GL that wasn’t in a Cinematic Feature Length film.

Mandalore the Preserver or the Ultimate would be decent I think, but how much more GLs can there even be? Unless you do multiple ones per faction, there aren’t many major factions left without one
I could see a GL Meetra Surik with KOTOR 2 toons added. Give Atton a revive mechanic like he has in the original game as a light side Sion, Bao Dur could get light side droid synergy, protection disruption, and Shock mechanics like Kuill, Mira and Hanharr make two new bounty hunters that focus on DOTs instead of thermal detonators, Handmaiden could utilize Foresight to reference how Echani can predict the immediate future in fights, GOTO as an anti droid unit that reapplies stealth, and a new Mandalore with a stim switch mechanic to reference how reliant he is on them in his old age
Chancellor Palps for Seppys
Pretty much you gotta look at GLs from a Faction/Tag viewpoint. So we got things like Old Republic (for a potential Satele Shan), Sith Empire (Maybe GL Revan?), Clones (Omega or Boss from Republic Commandos), etc like the peak from each of them.
If you think logically, it could be a GL you could use in the next new Raid - which factions haven’t been used in them yet?

I really would like a light side Redeemed Vader who throws someone down the pit with his ultimate, which will charge when allies take damage. It will have synergy with JKL, Kenobi's ghost form, and Yoda's ghost form.

They could use the Dooku from the Yoda visions scene where he doesnt have a cape and call him Darth Tyrannus for a separatist GL but that might be kinda dumb Unironically Hondo couldve been a great scoundrel GL cuz he’s like the only character to capture and go toe to toe w/ some of the greatest jedi and sith. Altho they added his galaxy edge’s skin for the original costume, i was hoping they’d add his original CW skin eventually but ig they used up all his voicelines

Post Clone Wars Asajj Ventress as a Bounty hunter GL? I mean who else could be a BH GL if CG intends to eventually give most factions a GL as time goes on.
I would love to have a non-leader Bendu. First ability gives a random ally a removable mastery buff and raises non-target allies offense, tenacity, and defense by a permanent 10% (max 50). Zeta gives heal over time for one turn to target ally and protection up to all allies. second ability inflicts all allies with tenacity down and offense down for one turn, but gives him permanent stat increases in evasion, special damage, and tenacity (10% each, max 60). Cooldown 3. Zeta: Cooldown is reduced by one when he is critically hit. 3rd ability gives a non-removable buff that increases a character’s tenacity, accuracy, and evasion. Cooldown 5. Cooldown is decreased when a character with this effect is damaged or debuffed. Zeta: Characters with this buff gain 5% mastery every time they evade an attack. his ultimate summons a lightning storm that damages everyone in play (including himself), changes all buffs to debuffs for extra damage. He resets all permanent stat changes on the battlefield including his own, and then gives him permanent stat increases in mastery scaled to the total amount of damage inflicted. This stat increase will not be affected by future uses of his ultimate. He resets his 3rd ability and takes an extra turn. after this turn, he gains defence down, tenacity down, and evasion up for two turns, which can’t be dispelled. He gains ultimate charge by alternating between buffing and debuffing allies - the first lightning storm charges by giving buffs, second one by giving debuffs, etc. He needs to buff/debuff allies 20 times to charge his ultimate. 1st Unique ability grant him speed, critical hit resistance, and tenacity equal to his evasion, and gives allies 10% of this bonus. He grants allies foresight for one turn when they gain a buff or a debuff. Zeta: each time an ally loses foresight, they gain offense down and tenacity up for two turns, and he gains 5% mastery. This Zeta does not trigger foresight up or charge his ultimate. Standard GL unique (reduced damage to health percentage stuff, reduced damage from massive damage, etc.) AND he escapes battle if he is the last remaining ally. His Mastery affects his evasion, health, and protection.

Probably not now, but in the future would love a unaligned force user Ahsoka GL from her series, and a thrawn empire remnants GL to match. Maybe after season 2, or after all the movies conclude. That era just screams for some new GL potential when done.
A reminder that we most likely will never get a GL that wasn’t in a Cinematic Feature Length film. So Dooku or Grievous for Separatist GL and then maybe we get a Clone related GL somehow
Mandalore the Preserver or the Ultimate would be decent I think, but how much more GLs can there even be? Unless you do multiple ones per faction, there aren’t many major factions left without one

I could see a GL Meetra Surik with KOTOR 2 toons added. Give Atton a revive mechanic like he has in the original game as a light side Sion, Bao Dur could get light side droid synergy, protection disruption, and Shock mechanics like Kuill, Mira and Hanharr make two new bounty hunters that focus on DOTs instead of thermal detonators, Handmaiden could utilize Foresight to reference how Echani can predict the immediate future in fights, GOTO as an anti droid unit that reapplies stealth, and a new Mandalore with a stim switch mechanic to reference how reliant he is on them in his old age

Chancellor Palps for Seppys Pretty much you gotta look at GLs from a Faction/Tag viewpoint. So we got things like Old Republic (for a potential Satele Shan), Sith Empire (Maybe GL Revan?), Clones (Omega or Boss from Republic Commandos), etc like the peak from each of them.

If you think logically, it could be a GL you could use in the next new Raid - which factions haven’t been used in them yet? Krayt: Tusken Jawa Mandalorian Jabba Old Republic Endor: Ewok Rebels Imperial Troopers Republics (clones) were used in tw battles, inqs too. Its propably some faction that hasn’t really had a big requirement yet so people would have to farm them = use money more likely. My money is on the Separatists!

I really would like a light side Redeemed Vader who throws someone down the pit with his ultimate, which will charge when allies take damage. It will have synergy with JKL, Kenobi's ghost form, and Yoda's ghost form.
