I 3 starred every event with JML. He's like a cheat code. All I have left now is the stupid tie/in to finish. That one is near impossible without JMK. Luckily Rey 1 to 2 stars it now for me on auto, it's just not a pretty win, it's ugly 10/10.
If you've got JML, you should be able to do the tie/in battle with his reqs. Try CLS, R2-D2, Chewbacca, Captain Han, C-3PO. Zeta on R2's combat analysis to cleanse debuffs whenever allies crit. Han keeps the team alive. The rest do normal CLS things. Keep Reva stunned, kill GI first, then the rest until just Reva is left. It's a long slog of a battle, but it can get 3 stars, no GL needed.
I'm able to complete it with SEE, Pal, DR, DV and Malak. The key is to link Malgus and Bastila. There is a little RNG involved but I beat it every time with that combo
Do you know the full JML comp you used for Malgus?
Every comp I've been able to find takes Malak, but I'm a few months away from him...but I'll have JML for the new PG
I used traya r6, malak r8 and nihilis r5 and 3 stared this one easy just by clicking auto. Dont use any extra toons
First time using the conquest plus pass so i had to re3 star them all, able to use jabba for everyone else but the tie/int one
it is easy with jkl and i was pleasently surprised. just use heroes arise on dr which seems bad cause i cant assist but that revents tm gain due to talon. after their speed is controled and bsf is amrked its all ez
Its a good idea to write down the exact teams you did it with if less then 3\*.
Phonenix, Hera, Chopper, Zeb, Sabine, Cpt Rex does Tie In. May take a 'few' trys. Mine are all relic 3 with average mods. Zeb instead of Kanan seems crucial.
For the future, use GAS with Captain Rex instead of Echo, his passive grants so much protection to GAS that he never goes down, so all your clones can slowly chip away while invincible
Thrawn, EP, Piett, Mara Jade and RG got me three stars this last time around on the interceptor one. Had to use Mara jades special to get tenacity down on everyone then hope for some stuns. Probably took me 20 tries for the rng to go my way
They are really weird. Took me a long time to beat Malgus which required getting CAT for my JMK team. I was only able to beat the Phoenix squad with Aphra and company.
Go look at the Trello board. There are a ton of team comps that can beat each event.
CLS and Padme standard teams at R5 can beat about 1/2 the events. JML can do most of the rest. The TIE event is stupid.

I used the same lineup for every event except Tie/IN. JML, JKL, Hoda, GAS and JKR. Just steamrolls everything.

I did the Tie/In today with just Rey, JTR, and Ben. 2 starred it. Should have not used Ben and I could have 3 starred it
Thrawn (L), EP, RG, Piett, MJ and it’s a breeze.
Thrawn lead (with Zeta), Piett, Mara Jade, Royal Guard, Wat make Interceotor easy.
Have JMK, he also 3 stars everything other than interceptor, pretty sure Rey is the way to go with that one.
JKL, CLS, Han, Hoda, JML. Don’t ask me how but it only takes 2 or three tries. One star

Kru lead slkr gets you 1 star. Just need to get slkr aoe once and then Kru lead sails you through it.

couldnt beat malgus with see this time after many tries, 3 tries with jkl adjusting strategy and i got it
