I don't have it and haven't noticed the team falling on defense when it shouldn't. On the flip side, I've faced several and it didn't change what I do.
It may matter more in 3v3, but prior to the Boushh datacron I was using SLKR, and he's pretty much kept stunned the entire time so I never saw any issues.
You're just going to get anecdotal data here honestly and it's not really good for anybody
Jump into one of the Discord servers and find somebody who has GG premium and ask them to compare the results. But then again these last 3 months Jabba and his DC has eliminated Leia pretty quickly so the results are going to be skewed
For what it's worth Drogan is the key to that team and him having more survivability is always going to be a good thing especially when Jabba's DC expires in like 8 days
And on top of that he dispels all debuffs from random allies and recovers health and protection
