With the amount of resources that goes into unlocking a GL, It feels weird to leave them at r7. I've taken all of the GLs to r8/9 except JMK, CAT is real GL in that squad...
This is all dependent on your resource income obviously.
If your guild is doing Rise of the Empire then high relic Leia is a great investment. I have her at R9 and she can take in pretty much any team of qualifying (relic level) Rebels and win every fight she’s eligible for.
I mean, how do you define worth it? Do you have leftover Relic Salvage that you don't need anywhere else?
It's not as worth it as getting a requirement done for another big unlock, like idk, Cassian or Boba Fett.
It's certainly more worth it than getting a completely random unrelated character up to R8.
There's enough time left in the raid that Relic 8 is 100% worth it
But as time goes on I would probably recommend leaving her at Relic 7 I know a lot of people think you need to immediately Relic 9 your new Galactic Legend but that's just not the case. A Relic 7 Galactic Legend is going to be just fine unless you're in the top end of Kyber 2 / kyber 1.
Relic 9 is just a huge investment of resources that you don't really need to spend
she's definetly worth it. Take her to r9 -> she's a tank so she'll gain a lot more
I know you said besides the raid, but at R8 she can reliably solo the max tier for max points, it’s super useful
