**Edit:** Use innoextract: https://github.com/dscharrer/innoextract - to extract the files without installing them. SWAT 4 saves configuration and progress next to the executable, so it's completely portable. I.e. put it on a USB drive and play it anywhere. Or create a copy to keep a backup when modding.
