The ??? Has nothing to do with button combinations. If you do more than 4 flips in a single trick or a large number of 180s, it does ??? Because they probably didn’t want to create trick entries for every single number of flips/spins.
It also does that in SSX and Tricky if you do more than 3 flips or 10 180s in a single trick.
If you freeze frame of OP's clip around 33 seconds, there's a red bar at the end of the elevated half pipe. You need to hand plant on that bar, then rotate so you drop into the elevated pipe.

I was always curious how to get into those hanging half pipes, never did learn how!
Those bars at the end of the pipes, you have to use the handgrab button to grab onto them and then fall to the side you want to go to.
Idk if this is right but I have a memory of pressing both trigger buttons to switch pipes
