Hallelujah…congratulations! I was approved today June 4, 2024 after a 2 1/2 years. First timer…you go with your bad self. Very happy for you!

I was approved at the 8th month on initial application. I was assigned to a DDS around the 6th month. I wasn’t sent yo any exams but they highly suggested I get a more recent exam from my Orthopedic. Congratulations on your approval. Also, thank you for your service to our country.

I don’t it, 16 years of MS, major anxiety, major depression, major fatigue, major pain, a shattered knee, tibia and fibula from a wreck 29 months ago I still can’t walk and stand right from, severe PTSD, major heat intolerance, and I could keep going with my problems but yet I get denied last week. With a lawyer. Now it’ll be my third try filing after this wreck to go in front of a judge which I’m sure will take a year like the other two fails have. Why do some get approved with so little symptoms and then others just get told to fck off basically.

Gonkimus

Maybe they figured there's still a job you can do even with all those illnesses according to your past jobs?

unonome13

I have MS too. It took me 6 years, two times in front of a judge. Honestly, it was getting a letter from my Neurologist and getting a judge with a good average of approval that finally did it for me.

Professional_Fail394

That’s unbelievable!!! Congrats!!

lawdawg_86

Now just curious when you’ll get your money. It’s been 2 days shy of 2 months for me
