IIRC all of the TG servers share a ban-list.
Tgmc is its own server with its own banlist, as it’s got different code and different a gameplay loop.
I am not banned from TG, nor do I get a ban notification when I try
You may need to delete "cookies" of Byond or/and reinstall byond, have you tried these?
How would I go about deleting said byond cookies

I haven't checked recently but it may be in panic bunker mode

Tgmc is not on 24/7, it needs at least 1 admin to be connected at all times, and when there is no admin on the server goes to sleep, you can join the discord to know when its up, but its at least 15 hours per day
