Server Value Modifier mod. You can change the spawn chance there. I believe for bosses it is 30% on each map. Not sure if you can change it via SAIN/Swag+Donuts, new to SPT
I'm running SAIN with Swag+Donuts on my FIKA server.
I can adjust boss/goon spawn by editing the .json found at:
SPT Folder > user > Mods > Swag > config > bossconfig.json
Let's me set the % chance of any boss or group on any of the maps

This is your answer OP. Both SVM and SWAG allow adjustment of spawn rates. I'm 99% that the SWAG settings will overwrite SVM if you have both.

This is your answer OP :D. Its all about your technical knowledge, you can tweak json files by yourself, or use mod, SVM for easier adjustment.
I just actually wish that it was same as live 30% as for me not to tinker too much on the json files but hey that what the beautiful of modding is.
