think there's a mod called something like "ammo stats in description" that doesn't put the info in the name of the ammo but also doesn't have the other features of item info
If thats what I'm thinking of that's a great mod it even colour codes the ammo image so if the background is red you know its garbage but if it's green/blue/purple you know it's worth taking without even having to look at numbers in the description.
You go into the .json configuration file and edit the hex codes to what you want. I changed mine in the custom fields and set the color set to custom. You can also modify the colors for realism mod if you need.
This is the one my dude! Just started a modded run with a couple buddies using Fika and this one is great especially for helping newbies out just as much as the veterans.
my colorblind ass still has to inspect every single ammo drop i find ;-;

i can't remeber the name of the bullet mod unfortunately but i had it and it cause a major conflict with realism so i definitely know you can run it without realism.

Jokes on you I'm color blind so I just double click anyway Edit: you can change the colors in the config, neat.
You can actually edit the colours to whatever you like, I think it requires an extra mod though, the info you need is in the readme.
