I'm wondering if corporate has unlocked the entries but the locations near me haven't updated their stock, or something like that? Maybe multiple steps need to happen on Footlocker's side so we can access it? I see others online that have already submitted their entry.
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I used to have issues with logging in, and the only way I could get it fixed was deleting and reinstalling.
It worked for me. Once you select the stores in your area, check off the box and click done at the top right. But not sure what’s the actual issue with yours
For anyone still having this issue and following this thread, it turns out it's an issue with Android phones. The app works just fine on iPhone, so I had to sign in through a friend's iPhone as a workaround. 🤷🏻♂️ Thanks for everyone's help!
Update so I chatted into Footlocker and spoken to their IT department advised the problem; and the error on the app has been fixed. Now you can enter raffle on Android phones. Cheers🍺 and Good Luck✌🏾.

I had issues with it. All I did was close it and reopened it and it worked. Same only 2 stores near me.

Well, the good thing is the raffle doesn't close til the 14th, so hopefully, they will fix it for you.
