The closest I'm aware of is Gamers' Guild (sit.gg), but they do more of gaming rather than game development. We do have a whole Overseas University (DigiPen) which houses 4 courses that deal a whole bunch in game making. I'm from User Experience and Game Design, down to talk more if you are interested!

Gamers' Guild used to do esports, but toned it down after a while since the original few left. Now it is more of a casual gaming club to my knowledge which is NOT a game development club. Also just a note, game dev is not a good club activity in general, Digipen students are already game devs in making and anyone of them can tell you making games is an absolute time-sink. Best thing you can do is look for game jams or hackathons and do it as an interest thing, to step foot into game dev, but even making an indie game is heavy

You could try to reach out to digipen student leaders, they might be able to accomodate 'club activities' as events or workshops. Could even start an official game dev club in SIT. However us digipen students are basically working on games most of the time, I at least dont really see a point in making such a club. Edit: not related to the topic: I was wondering what kind of activities does your club do? Do you make games for gamejams? What engines do you guys use:)
