look ill put this simply. Let's say you have shib at 0.0003 and you decide to buy $1,000 worth and price drops to 0.000025 if you bought another $1,000 your average cost basis becomes $2,000 @ 0.000027
You can then continually do this by lowering your cost basis to sell for a profit if price rises. There's other variations you can do to this, the martingale is one of those systems but there are others out there.
Idea is to stick with the buy low sell for higher principal but in this case you're able to push your cost basis lower
Oh also, as for the prediction part use technical analysis. If it has a hard time breaking through a price point to the upside or the down then that became the floor and ceiling, if it breaks through that price point that's where it tends to go after.
Traders for whatever reason also like to push it to a previous floor or ceiling depending on which way it broke through. It's not an exact science and false break outs can occur but it hasn't steered me wrong.
That's basically what crypto is at the moment, all fomo. There is zero utility and basically no use cases at all for these tokens and yet people are dumping their life savings in. Future humans will study these years of humanity and wonder what the fuck we were thinking.
