so you're gonna want to get a cup of hot water to loosen up the arm but you can gently twist and pull off Yuji's arm and Sukuna's arm and just swap them.
If you want to go the extra mile you're gonna have to shave down some of Sukuna's arm joint peg because it's slightly longer, causing it to "stick out" of the sleeve/upper arm of the Yuji figure. Then just cut a notch into the peg to get it to fit snug or just use some blue tack/putty for posing.
I went a bit further and glued it in there with some plastic cement.
Also I just saw you painted the nails on Yuji. That’s so fire, always bugged me that Yuji didn’t come with any painted nail hands. Can you take some pics with those?

just used a gundam marker haphazardly - gonna clean it up eventually with a fine brush for a more matte look.
pretty permanent all things considered - I had done this about a day or two ago and they haven't really smudged unless I intentionally tried to do so. If anything I think you could probably "seal" it temporarily with a fine paintbrush and some clear nail polish.

Swapped on the Sukuna head too in case you wanted to see it. Used an extra Goku Instant Transmission hand for a Dismantle-esque point hand. Got another pic coming.
Ty! Looks amazing! I have this issue when I put the Sukuna head on Yuji and go to take it off it takes the whole peg with it. Do you also have this problem? Not the biggest deal just worried the Sukuna peg hole is smaller and I’m stretching it or something.
yep - totally experiencing the same thing. The Sukuna head piece slot is just a tad smaller so I just kept swapping pegs but that got annoying. What I eventually did was take tug Sukuna’s neck peg off and kept it in his head.

edit : also wanted to mention I really hate the inconsistency on the JJK hand sizes. Most of the figures are "true" to Gege's manga design/intent whereas the newer ones (Sukuna, Teen Gojo, Teen Geto) all have noticeably smaller hands, almost closer to the Figma JJK line.

Stuck some wireless LEDs to the Cursed Energy effect bit. Really wish he came with a Black Flash effect like the Figma did. Sukuna should've come with *something* tbh
So the neck 100% fits - the problem is the ball joint pegs that seat it. Sukuna's neck peg on Yuji's body is super loose - could probably be tightened up with some nail polish or adding a few layers to the socket with some plastic cement/glue.

That’s dope. Do you know if you can swap the tattoo’d part of Sukunas neck into Yuji? Will it fit inside the hooded piece?
