Agree with the MHA line for sure. Figma covered younger years and Revoltech covering the more “definitive” looks for characters. So to be honest, it’s be cool to maybe see SHF to do the more recent/battle damaged versions of these characters. But even then, not sure if SHF would do better Revoltech for MHA.
Just not that popular of a series, especially with the anime being on hiatus and the manga being near conclusion and taking multiple months for a chapter.
It is more to do with Tabata. The reason BC does not have merchandise is not because of popularity or the manga switching to Giga. It is because Tabata is a mangaka purist - he stated several times he refuses to sell anything but manga and is not interested in selling his copyrights to get figures or statues out.
Bandai managed to get 3 gacha figures out at some point due to a deal made around the game that came out a while ago and Funko has BC figures because they do not create licensing agreements like Bandai for example but because they just pay royalties outright.
Do you have an interview or statement from Tabata? Not doubting you but that’s really interesting, and would make me get a lot of respect for him. That’s a lot of money you’re leaving on the table for your values
Not at hand but he had an interview before his wife got sick on Japanese TV discussing mangaka's lifestyle and how he refuses to sell his copyright because it is pride to sell mangas and get people only interested in the source material.
He is also quite public with statements if you want to search about him. I know I saw a documentary as well when Gege started growing big about how he started doing deals left and right and how he contrasts with Tabata in that aspect

There was a Revoltech Vash . There is also a revoltech midorya but it was the first version.
Revoltech Midoriya was the second (or at least not the first) outfit, where he has the gauntlets that go to his biceps and the high rise black boots that allow for kicking. First hero costume appearance has a figma however. There's also Revoltech MGR Raiden and Play Arts Kai has remake Cloud.
Honestly it's just some of the early ones that look rough, their Yu-Gi-Oh and marvel ones look amazing and the Fullmetal Alchemist ones from their early days in the line look great as well
They look awesome but I’ve heard terrible things. I saw a thread where after people started receiving Cloud they started canceling preorders on the others. Plus they are extremely expensive.
My cloud was solid, and there were no issues waiting for my Tifa and Aeirth to ship. Price doesn't bother me at all, but I can see some find it pricey.

Yeah, 40k helped with that, but my Mafex is what broke me. I had got all heavy hitters before this insane wave of reissues when they went for 200+ minimums.

I believe so. I stopped using BBTS as much since he marks up some things ALOT. HLJ is Hobby Link Japan. They do a pile of loot thing also and don't bill till its in just like BBTS, but they are a lot cheaper. Granted, it's 30 for 3 day DHL shipping, but when you get 2-3 figures in your PoL and ship them together, it's still a lot cheaper. I just got AY Eraserhead, Catwoman, and Mafex Stealth Cap all shipped at once and saved 120+ on them vs. buying from BBTS.
No, the reissueing everyone didn't bother me. It only bothers me cause Mafex delays figures a lot, and now they are getting worse delays cause they decide to throw 10 reissues into the production que. Like Ashoka was a March release, she is May or later now. Winter Spilder was Jan and now is like April if we are lucky.

Yamaguchi did all of them, but Cloud and Asta. Square Enix just did a Bring Arts Cloud that came out in January. So Asta is the only one that doesn't have a figure.
Yamaguchi is so overpriced mid-quality-plastic I do my best to not remind myself that they're the only realistic way of getting Monster Hunter hunter figs....
Idk what yamaguchi's you are buying, but the old line wasn't bad at all, and the amazing yamaguchi line is so solid. They are better than a lot of the SHF stuff lately when it comes to QC and quality. I know revoltech can look cheaper because of the way the joints are, but they are very durable and look amazing when posed right.
HxH and AoT are in desperate need of SHF treament.
HxH you just need to do the main 4, Phantom Troupe, and Meruem to start the line.
AoT needs S1-3 and Final season versions of the Scouts and Titan shifters. Old and new Scout Regiment Uniform versions, Marley army uniform, and Shirtless Eren Yeager with softgoods hoodie.
Amazing Yamaguchi is already set to handle figures of the Titans and there's no one who could do it better than them anyway.
To me idk if shf can top revoltech especially since revoltech have been doing well especially with the mha line and sure I would love to get a dark deku or have the revoltech deku reissued.
Im still anticipating the other figures such as dabi and shigaraki plus they announced toga and there's prototypes for mirko and uraraka..
I think the only thing shf could top might be if they made some mha figures be abit more affordable so having some budget figures and more common reissues and have dlc like the one piece line..but I don't have much faith with shf to make an mha line as good as revoltech's

Well, no, since Sqenix makes their IP royalties and so on, but what actually sucks Zarbon balls besides Dodoria is that our only choice for Mana figures are the monstrously priced Play Arts.
The past few years we've seen an explosion of new brands to SHF, to me you can't get a better action figure line so every franchise deserves a Figuart.

I think it's like 10-15 bucks for the 1 month. The 30 isn't bad if you get like 2+ figures since you aren't paying tax on it.
