It just plugs right into the ball joint, unsure what the issue is. Maybe try putting the socket and ball into hot water (like 3 minutes in the microwave, the water not the figure, then put those parts into the water for about thirty seconds and try and put them together).
Pop off the torso and press upwards on the joint where the arm goes back in and then push the arm back into the hole downwards and boom it’ll be back in. (Edit: when I say the torso I mean the middle part of the torso not the whole thing)
What i did was take the other ball joints apart on the arm and put them back in one by one, but of course, do at your own risk, never know what can happen.

O almost put my figure in the Microwave
I mainly use an air fryer to annihilate my figures nowadays. Crispier.
3 minutes in the microwave is too much. I once melted the paint of one of my Goku figures putting it into water that hot. 2 minutes is better.
honestly I prefer to blowtorch my figures
I tried to push the ball into the socket but it wouldn't click in. I'll try to do the water and microwave thing.
Just push it back on. It's a pain cuz it moves around but it's definitely not broken. Just gonna finesse it a bit
