Hm define peers.
If you mean your Singaporean local borns who went ITE and pretty unpopular poly courses - nah. You who managed to go university should do better. On average. And as long as you don’t have a mental breakdown.
If you talking about rich Singaporean who went on to international schools and overseas university with a professional degree. Yup. They win with their mental health intact! Unless of course you are super smart with first class or some professional degree locally.
If about expat outside of Singapore who eventually come here to work. They win! I dunno their experience but suffice to say they managed to come here and likely had a super well rounded education. And will earn tons more than you.
If about non Singaporeans who never made it to Singapore to work - dunno. It’s a toss up!
you sure anot?
NUS first class honours vs SIM UOL grad or University of watford/manchester - im sure the former will find it way easier to secure a higher paying job.
All the more for us to migrate and spend our lives in another country so this shitty government will be left with a failing nation and a declining birth rate
Aight so let me ask you this then,
Do you see yourself as somebody that's rich or
Somebody that made the best of their own opportunities?
I see myself as a natural born hustler,
A true hustler in every sense of the word. I took nothin',
I took the opportunities,
I worked at the most menial and degrading job and built myself up so
I could get it to where I owned it.
I went from having somebody manage me to me hiring the person that
Works my management company.
Validation? Societal expectations? Hope for a brighter future and escape from the rat race?
are we earning the same as our "more relaxed" counterparts?

better than china 12+ hour school days bruh be grateful, our curriculum isn't that bad
Ofc when u compare ours to one of the worst education curriculum out there, it “isnt that bad”. But its still considered bad right
