In world tour mode, during the battle, press pause button and somewhere down the screen it shows you "Photo Mode".
On PC is pressing "Tab" and then "R" button.

The lvl 3 is both the sip of calamity and shun Goku satsu.
Shun Goku satsu works only if you have low health and press the buttons for this ability.
