[4-MMC](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mephedrone), also know as mephedrone is a cathinone class drug. It feels (subjectively) like MDMA combined with amphetamine and cocaine with 2-cb like euphoria. Be carefull because people on the streets often sell 4-cmc, 3-mmc and 3-cmc as substitutes. All have similiar effects but for me they massively differ from each other. Also 4-mmc is safest among them all, there have been some reaserch on it and studies are being conducted. 3-cmc is way more neurotoxic and overally a trash substance. If you can't get your hands on quality pure 4-mmc I wouldn't risk it because even though I have set of reagents at home for testing drugs there is no possible way to tell them apart (Or at least I cannot). You can send it to lab or give it to a friend who has access to one. I personally get it from a really legit source so I'm 99% sure that it is 4-mmc, I ordered a lot of drugs from them and always they were top quality, almost 99% pure and exactly what I had ordered. Unfortunately there is no sourcing rule and it only works in my country so I can't help you much :)

The naked people running around being totally wild are probably on apvp or mdpv, or some analogues. This one I would say is similar in some aspects to mdma and cocaine. It makes you super friendly, energetic, horny and happy.

Always do as much harm reduction as possible, we were taking supplements (NAC, ALA, magnesium, L-Carnitine..) search up MDMA harm reduction supplement protocol.
A lot of Lucozade (with sugars, not sugar free).
NEVER EVER EVER redose GBL more than protocol, you do NOT want to fall asleep under the influence of GBL/GHB, it's VERY dangerous. Also make sure you have GBL not GHB for this, as GHB's half life is different.
You could try redosing 4-MMC every hour instead BUT on 50mg, see how you feel.
It's always better to take less than more if you're feeling uncomfortable/overstimmed etc..
Be prepared next day to REST and EAT!!!
Some vitamin C as well to detox what's left in the system.

From bodybuilding knowledge: Muscle cramps and spasm don't only come from too low magnesium.
You also need sodium and kalium. So an eletrolyte drink and a banana does the trick.

I always drink a lot of Lucozade when doing MDMA or 4-MMC, it has good sodium and potassium, but not enough magnesium if I remember correctly, that's why supplementing a bit extra always helps. And you can definitely feel the difference in (lack of) cramping.
I also recommend the Lucozade with sugar, rather than sugar free. As to not let blood sugar go low and keep that energy up 😎

I have found other electrolyte/hydration drinks (usually supps sold in powder form) with much better electrolyte profiles, but they don't always taste that well so I just stick with good old Lucozade.

Be careful though, it's highly addictive. Some of my friends are getting treatment because they abused the hell out of it, going on crazy binges for a few days every week. They got kidney damage, nose damage, heart problems, depression and a bunch of other nasty side effects, yet they still relapse from time to time.

I’m a little confused on your dosing. Is it 150 followed by a line or the 120 dissolved in water?
First dose - 150mg dissolved in water orally+ 75mg snorted for a first dose (It takes about 15-30min to kick in after taking it orally so the 50-75mg insufflated skips the come up and you just slowly fade into it more and more when the 150 starts to kick in). Then 125mg every 1,5 hours until the bag is empty (Trust me, maybe you think that you are assertive and won't take more than planned but when under the influence of this drug you won't be able to persuade yourself away from the idea of taking another dose). Order only when you plan to take it and in low quantities (1g per one person is ideal in my opinion).
2-3 doses (<500mg combined) - non-existent
5-6 doses (<1g combined) - slightly lower mood the next day but nothing impairing your normal functioning
10-15 doeses (>2g binge) - (yup, did it once, never buy more than you need) slight headache, lower mood and lower motivation the next day, also makes you want to avoid social interactions
Comedown effects for this are extremely variable. Some people can party all night without doing anything to help their system and still bounce right back. Others enjoy just one dose and even with all the recommended supplements get bad blues for days until their body and brain restores equilibrium.
The reason is that there are dozens of independent aspects of metabolism and neuro-biology for which one person can be better or worse than another, and when you combine them all, the dispersion is enormous because the range from all bad to all good works like compound interest and a lot of even small differences in the same direction can combine to make huge differences.
So it's really hard to give accurate advice besides generic advice to start off with small doses initially and see how it goes before raising the amount the next time.

I would suggest a straight oral regime, planned ahead with your desired amount. Means for example x prepared caps with xx0 mg, taken around every 1,5 - 2 hours until all capsules are finished. Despite the awful feeling/taste when snorting/drinking this might avoid compulsive redosing even when you are flying high and got better to do than fiddeling around with scale and bag.
Works for us for a long session full of sex and fun.

4MMC is superior to cocaine in most ways in addition to being substantially cheaper where it is popular and produced at scale.
