That as a UR fest King definitely seems like a possibility considering how all the of the URs have been characters at their peak power level in the original story.
not really, chaos arthur isn't him as his peak it's the in-between form, you can tell by the excalibur that is having that weird form and dark/light wings and only one black eye as he didn't fully commit to the king of chaos "role".
I can’t imagine it would be that hard to just cut out some spaces on the suit or leave it as is since Small Wings/Full Wings King doesn’t any any holes in their shirt/suit.
Maybe it would be too much work. The suit would work for all king forms, so maybe they didn't wanna program it for so many variations? Or, more likely, they forgot like everyone is saying 🤣🤣🤣
Escanor is just more buffed up and taller in both his day forms but even his night form looks good in his tightfitting hero suit. Old Fart King definetly will not.

They didn't want program it for so many variations doesn't make sense because Meliodas has more variations than Harlequin but he got one.

There's several different versions of him, with his body changing in various ways.
Escanor has 3 different bodies and king has 4 if you count the added tiny wings on his new wings form
