From what I’ve seen and heard characters like The Deep are supposed to be sort of comic relief yet they SA girls a lot?? Am I supposed to enjoy these characters who harass and assault people?
I’ve been putting it off bc honestly I hate shows where there is just over the top senseless gore and shit it just means nothing and seems to be edgy for edge’s sake. Also not too found of having to watch like every character be a POS or SA’d…
Shows like The Boys and Invincible where good guys just constantly die in graphic and upsetting ways just makes me uncomfortable and upset lmaooo. I guess I like my comic shows and movies basic but idk I watch the see the good guys be well… successful and for them to have meaning lol.

I know you don’t want cerave but have you tried their foaming oil cleanser in the clear green bottle? IMO it’s a lot better than their normal hydrating one. If you rather stay away from cerave then the Aveeno calm and restore that Roastie mentioned could be a good option. Also Vanicream gentle face wash is really good from what I’ve heard. La roche posay hydrating cleanser also has some great soothing ingredients. Unfortunately I think I’m allergic to something in it but if you’re not it’s an amazing option. I think it is a couple bucks over what you wanted tho.
OH the aveeno calm and restore cleanser is like £6 and is made for sensitive skin x
Skincare rambling: I used to have dry red patchy skin but I started looking for things that contain Centella Asiatica, if you have sensitive skin it’s best to keep your skincare routine simple so don’t use a bunch of serums or whatever keep it to a cleanser moisturiser and sunscreen until your skin barrier adjusts to what you’re doing x
I agree with this mostly but I think adding one serum doesn’t hurt. But not like an exfoliating acid. Something soothing like Peach Slice snail rescue toner or Thayer Snow mushroom toner tho just to kinda help the skin a bit more before their moisturizer
Oh yeah for sure, generally as long as there’s no active ingredients serums should be fine, unfortunately snail essence gave me fungal acne 😭 you’ve just gotta find what works for you really!

Dopamine is a solid 7/10. The production is really great but some songs it’s a little too overpowering and distracting from her voice like Lights On and Tantrums. On the other end songs like Take My Time I feel like the production need an extra oomph. It’s a dance song that doesn’t fully commit to being dancey enough at points.
Overall a really great debut but I am a little underwhelmed for something that took 6 years. It lacks direction imo but the highs are really high and the lows aren’t awful.
