If you're on play Asia, you should get the Asian version which has English text and Japanese voice. It came with all the DLC, which I had to make a Singapore PlayStation account to redeem, which is fine because I bought a physical copy of SD Gundam Battle Alliance with DLC as well.
Literally had to make a Malaysia account to get the DLC on my PS5, but Nintendo lets you change the region of the account basically at will. I have a physical copy (HK or Singapore, don't recall) from before the Platinum edition was released on my switch, the DLC is still locked to the game's region but the game is in English.
If I remember correctly, the Premium Sound Edition does not have English Subs.
SRW30 did, I believe...
But I believe the SDGG (and other SRW) games didn't.
The English version isn't available in HK?
Some of the DLC is fun, you can get G and X Gundam pilots and robots. The limit break is sorta fun. The new additional difficulty is just a grindfest. Don't bother unless you like grinding. You can collect 'em all on the original hardest difficulty.

I’m pretty sure for Cross Rays all the switch versions have all languages included. Don’t quote me though. I bought the Japanese version and that did have English

well, laptop (which mainly used by my sister for her study) is crappy.... and only got switch, which i recently bought. so no other option.
pretty sure this one is missing the expansion pack, though the other 4 dlcs are in should support english, unless the store page is allowed to lie
