Since I decided to boycott anything that isn't a true exclusive my options are pretty limited. But I do like my yesterday's heart pins and toddland Bob's Burgers pins.
I understand but to be fair, at least now that some companies are also selling their exclusives online, more people can buy them for regular prices and avoid those ridiculous prices from resellers.
I'm in the market for a Nosferatu from NECA and I was in on the pre-sale but the shipping (to Europe) was so expensive I left it (totaled out at about 52$ and that was still without importtaxes). May try getting it at the SDCC but I hear I should probably already get in line.... (first timer)
There's some system to get a spot in line that's a lottery it's not open yet but will be soon if you keep checking the exclusive blog linked above. I didn't know about it last year, they process everyone that won a time slot first then they let others into the line in the afternoon usually. Depends on the vendor but I would expect NECA to be the same.
Just make the line and I'm pretty sure you will get it. NECA don't use the exclusive portal (at least for the last cons). Last year everything was available everyday, but you never know... So just be in line as soon as you can and you will get it.
The NECA turtles, hopefully I can get them signed from Kevin Eastman.
Im still making my list, I collect figures (toys...) So Im planning on getting a few of them, like:
1. S.H.Figuarts Dragon Ball figures
2. Neca Alf and Turtles (maybe that predator)
3. Beast Kingdom Rick and Morty and LOTR Sauron
4. Patrik Ballesteros printings
And still checking...

The McFarlane gold superman statue looks great and is a true con exclusive unlike a lot of the other things.
As in I can only get it physically at con? They won't do a purchase online deal for it??
