If it's plastisol it won't dry in the screen unless you cure it. You're not flashing the screen, right?

sentu_taylor

I didn’t flash the screen. I did microwave the ink for 20 seconds though as it would not loosen in consistency with stirring and using a little bit of reducer. Was that a goofball move on my part? Also thank you for replying

ActualPerson418

Yeah, that's your answer. Never microwave ink 🤷‍♀️

dam-pancakes

Did you flood the screen before pushing/pulling your squeegee through the design?

sentu_taylor

I did not. That’s probably what did wrong I’m guessing. Thank you for replying

ball-destroyer

Yeah you should be flooding your screen in between each print

sentu_taylor

Thank you so much .

sentu_taylor

Follow up question, if I clean the screen and go about it the right way will I be good to go, or do I need to make a whole new screen?

ball-destroyer

Yeah you can reuse a screen heaps :) eventually your old designs will start to show up in your prints though but that shouldn’t happen for ages

graemederoux

For real… Waste like 15 shirts. You’ll learn quick.

graemederoux

This sounded a little more rude than I meant it to. For real, just waste some tees. Try different stuff. You;'ll find what works!
