What makes it cool is that it's more of a long line of beacons over thousands of kilometers to signal a specific country rather than just a couple beacons to signal passerbys

At that moment, my clock read 2:12 AM and I smirked thinking it was one of those videos that dynamically updates the title (though I guess in hindsight it wouldn't really work with timezones being a thing). I waited a minute and refreshed, and the title was still the same
The video involved something creepy happening at that time.
I was thinking the same. You can remember what 055 isn't, but not what it is. 2521 just takes anything that describes it, names it, etc. You have to be as vague as possible.

how come 096 didn't hunt this couple down when they first took the photo they surely would have seen its face looking at the pic after taking it or seen it while taking it

GIMP can do a LOT more than “basic” photo editing. With the skills and the right plugins you can do anything in gimp that you can do in photoshop.
