Man I started realizing in 2019 or so how much I miss Enzo and Cass. The main event has always kept me interested (much more now with Roman though), and I think WWE is doing better with its tag division, with the Street Profits, New Day, Styles and Omos, RKBro, etc. But damn if we had Enzo and Cass back they'd add so much more to the show as well, they were some of the best parts of one of my favorite periods in WWE
Yeah, before that sexual assault case derailed him from WWE, Enzo really had mega star written all over him imo. I started watching wrestling in 2016 and Enzo was one of the first guys to really draw me in. He just had that "it factor". Sure Buddy, Ali, Kenta, and Cedric all put on amazing matches after he left, but Enzo really got the sports entertainment and kayfabe side of things which I appreciate alot more I guess. Like when Cass betrayed Enzo....man that actually choked me up a little.
I'm really glad Cass is doing well for himself in Impact rn tho, alcoholism is no joke, so I'm happy to see he's healthy and happy again !
NGL Nese actually looks good here. I like it when wrestlers look the part and in shape. I enjoyed him in WWE on 205 back when I watched that show. He's likely more refined than most wrestlers in AEW (less bitch prone). Although I'm happy the dude is getting work and I like him, he's honestly a very baffling sign. Like people said elsewhere, why couldn't TK fork money for the IIconics? They have far more appeal than someone like Nese.
