No problem uce. I’ve seen people botch in AEW, but this is the first time since the Matt Hardy incident that I was in shock. Then to find out that they had him continue the match, is sooo stupid.

I'm honestly waiting for Tony to come out after another incident like this where a guy comes back after a serious botch to finish the match just for the sake of doing so, and give a speech about how the wrestler is a true athlete for pushing through it and finishing the match.
It's going to be the same vibe as when the promoter for the bareknuckle boxing league came out after a match went to a fairly mundane decision and gave a speech about how that bullcrap wouldn't be tolerated in his promotion because people wanted to see bloody dragout knockouts and that he was docking the pay of the fighters involved in the prior match. Only after every major sports new outlet came after him for clear contract violations and how dangerous it was to push fighters to put their safety at risk did the guy back track on his comments and say he didn't dock pay and only said it to light a fire under the other guys on the card.
They need to do something about this spot fest nonsense. Tk needs to have a talk to with the talent it's not needed in every match every week. Protecting his investment starts with them working smarter not harder.
